Okay I had a really cool Idea I want to mention so because the two characters are childhood friends they would know like everything about each other right. Since we are jumping in we could make up details about the other persons character and somehow incorporate it into the story. Like headcannons for the other character. For example "actually person B is lactose intolerant" or something like that.
