"Maybe I would be more accepting If he had some decent morals!"
"Maybe I would be more accepting If he had some decent morals!"
"No, his job is to be funny. He isn't funny."
"I agree with Joy."
"Of course you do." Ezra rolled his eyes. "All you two ever do is agree with each other. I have never seen eather of you at ege with the other. How do you do that!?"
"She has good ideas, good morals, and good opinions. Unlike someone I know."
"Are you-? Never mind. Love" He said, adding the love with no shortage of sarcasm and bite. "Since when did she have good opinions?" he asked then shot a quick I'm sorry over his shoulder at Joy.
"Don't call me love. And she's always had good opinions, maybe you've just been too dull to realize it."
"Oh ok, back to this." Ezra let out an exasperated sigh. "Why do you always go back to dull? Are your insults as limited and narrow as your views on society?"
(Lmao, I feel like we are both letting off steam and stress while arguing with each other)
"I always go back to dull, because it's the biggest word that I can use that you'll understand." Jenna hissed.
(Yes lmao)
Joy raises her eyebrows as she listens to Ezra and Jenna argue, then finally snaps in with,
"Both of you are fucking idiots. How about that."
(oof)
"Ohh, ouch." Ezra said smiling. "That was actually good. Where did you look it up, 'cus I know you couldn't have come up with that by yourself." He smiled again when Joy talked. "Love you too." he called over his shoulder at her.
Joy huffs a growling sigh.
"Okay, I'm actually done with the bickering. Either stop it right the fuck now, or I'll slam some common sense into you both from two stories in the air."
She ignored Joy. "Maybe it seems like I looked that up to you because that's how you get everything"
"Better yet. Continue your fighting somewhere you can do something about it." Six said quietly.
The scene changed again.
On'nyosh found himself back in a cage, his ankle broken, watching the events down in the cave.
And in the cave, still stripped but now free, Ezra and Jenna appeared across the room from each other.
Jenna grinned and cracked her knuckles. "Finally."
Joy huffs.
"Okay, wolf-dude, let me go for a sec. My arms are done now, and I'd really love to test them out."
Ezra laughs. "Joy, Joy, Joy." he said slowly. "Are you feeling left out? Because if you want we could include you in the fun."
He looked back at Jenna and the room changed and he found himself standing and free. He stretched each individual limb in an intimidating way, but really he was just glad to be free of restraints.
"Seems like our situation has changed Love." He said walking toward her.
"Stop calling me love." Jenna said, shaking out her arms and legs to get rid of stiffness.
"No, I'm feeling pretty damn included, Ezra. Let me show how fucking included I feel when I get out of these restraints." Joy growls, flexing the metal on her arms and snapping through the restraints on them.
"I didn't think that would work, but I'll go with it." she smirks, using her wings to snap the rest of the restraints.
Jenna approached Ezra, looking at him with a strange glint in her eye, her right hand forming a fist.
"Then stop giving me reasons to." Ezra walked faster, coming closer and closer. He clenched one fist, popping his thumb as he did so
"You ready for this?"
Joy stands up, the with a strong flap of her wings, slides in between Jenna and Ezra, slamming them both as she does so.
"Shut the fuck up, the both of you."
Six snapped his fingers, an amused smile on his face, and Joy found herself immediately back on her table, still restrained.
"First of all, I'm not done with you, little bird. Secondly, let the children fight."
A hideously heavy weight settled on Joy's chest, making it hard to breath, much less move.
"'The children,' as you call them, are being fucking stupid. I had to slam them, because that's the only way I've ever been able to get them to stop fighting." Joy wheezes.
Jenna grinned at Ezra, and they both knew exactly what would come next.
Six just smiled, watchinf the kids pick themselves up. "They're still mad at each other, and all you've done is irritate them. Letting them fight it out will get it out of their systems."
