Jess sighs, sending Nikki a photo from just yesterday.

"Does that make it clearer?"

"it um I don't know… You could pass for a killer."

Jess sends a huffy face back.

"You're certainly set on me being a murderer."

"well if you are….. your a very pretty one."

Jes sends a laughing face back.

"Hey, hey, slowwww downnnnn speedy! At least let me take you to dinner before you try and seduce me!"

"who said im trying to seduce anyone?? I'm just, stating the obvious…. murderer."

Jess chuckles to herself, getting up and washing the bleach out of her hair.

She grabs the hair dye she'd bought earlier that day – bright, acid green – puts on a pair of black disposable gloves and puts it in her hair.

She peels the gloves off once she's done to shoot a text back.

"Oh, hush it. How do I know your not a psycopathic slasher?"

"oh you see there's a flaw in your theory, ya see a murderous monster would never go this far into depth of trying to accuse somebody….. brings to much attention to themselves."

Jess snorts.

"Actually, it's a proven tactic of psycopaths and sociopaths: blame someone else."

"not all of them, most of them own up to it because their proud."

"O.J. Simpson?" Jess shoots back.

"I don't really care to talk about him."

"But he never admitted to it, so. . ."

Jess sends back.

"doesn't mean he didn't do it."

"That's my point."

Jess sighs and gets up, washing the dye out of her hair, leaving her hair - and her hands - bright green.

"I don't fully understand your point."

Jess looks at her phone and laughs.

"My point is he did it, but he didn't admit it and tried to put the blame elsewhere."

"well he's not your typical psychopath."

(Yeah, there we go XD u left a crucial part of that sentence out, muffin)

Jess snorts.

"Actually, he is. Most of them don't even get caught."

She yawns.

"Anyways, enough about murder. What say you to meeting up somewhere over the weekend? I have work, so that's the earliest I can go anywhere."

She sighed and shook her head

"wait hey slow down we just met. "

"And you were just calling me pretty. That photo is a couples days old. My hair is different now." Jess shoots back.

"And anyways, it's just going to be coffee."

"well yeah but I don't even know you."

"Well, generally the way you get to know someone is meeting with them in person."

"but we just met-"

"And. . . your point is?"

"my point was clear."

"Not exactly. . . what about us having just met is stopping us from meeting up for coffee?"
