"I'm sorry, Haze. I just wanted to make sure the coast was clear—we never got the herb you needed :(." Isaac sat at the weakening Haze's side. "I didn't think about the consequences."

"it… fuck me.. it's alright.." he said softly.
haze looked up as lusted entered " Issac.. don't.."

Isaac titled his head. "Don't?" He followed Haze's gaze. "Why can't I get a break?!" He pushed Haze's head down to avoid looking into the demon's eyes. "I said get out of here, you fucking demon!" Isaac rolled his eyes. "Don't mock me, you bastard. Go back to hell!" And with that, Isaac kicked Lust out into the streets, forcing him into a portal back to hell. He turned his head to look at Haze. "Sooo, you want me to fuck you, huh?" He laughed. "You need to stop looking into lustful demon eyes. It's not good for you." Isaac sat down and drew in a breath.

" tell me bout it," he said in a soft growl. haze finished the portal spell and shoved issac through it, getting in him ownself

Isaac was just minding his own business when he was shoved into the portal. He went through with an 'Ep!'.

haze leaned against the wall, hot and bothered but also tired

Isaac shook himself off and stood up. "What was that for? You don't just randomly shove people through portals." He looked outside, it was still dark. "I honestly just want to go to bed." He said while stifling a yawn.

haze nodded, not really answering. his head lowered slightly as he yawned

Isaac smiled at Haze and picked him up off his feet. He laid Haze down with him in his bedding area, closing his eyes and falling into a light slumber.

haze cuddled into Issac naturally,

Isaac woke up with him tightly hugging his lover while he was nestled in his neck. He gave Haze a morning kiss on the cheek.

haze woke slowly, snuggling closer and pulling the blankets over his eyes

“Is it too early for you to wake?” Isaac asked. “It’s a normal time for humans to wake.”

" just fatigue… i think I drained myself too much… "

Isaac covered Haze further with the blanket. “Then sleep later, chère. I’ll still be here when you wake next. I don’t want you exerting yourself too much. You already exerted enough by saving my ass.”

" i am your boyfriend its my job to save it."

“Boyfriend or not, you still exerted a lot of energy to save me. Now please rest some more. I’d like to see you up and energetic instead of down and fatigued.” Isaac gave Haze a kiss and sunk into the bed further. He relaxed his body all the way and pulled Haze closer. “Now sleep.”

haze couldnt fight sleep much longer, his body relaxing greatly when he passed out

Isaac snuggled close to the boy in his sleep as long as his body allowed. At one point, Isaac got up and went to organize the boys herbs. He needed something to do, laying down for long periods made him feel too vulnerable. Isaac dropped a bottle of herbs and it smashed to the ground. “Shit!” He muttered. He looked at his cut hand. “Reminds me of long ago.”

haze woke at the crash " Issac!"

Isaac jumped at his name being yelled. "Sorry, Haze—I was just trying to keep myself occupied. I know I am a klutz. I'll clean up the mess."

"no! are you hurt?!"

Isaac looked at the mess of broken glass and plants on the ground. He then glanced at his hand and tucked it out of sight. “No, I’m not hurt. I’m fine. I’ll just—“ He kneeled down and started to pick up the glass with his bare hands. Nothing too drastic for a demon. He threw the glass away and smiled at Haze. “Sorry about that. I can be such a klutz.”

" im not worried bout the herbs, I was worried for you"

Isaac shifted his weight. "I'm okay Haze. I swear. Just go back to resting, you need it after wasting all that energy." Some leftover glass crunched under his the weight of his footing. It startled him to where he jumped and pressed himself against the wall. When he removed his hand, there was a bloody handprint.

haze had seen it " you are hurt!'

Isaac sighed. "Just a little. It's not a big deal. It will heal on its own. You just rest, alright."

" issac.. you lied to me." haze was upset, beyond his usual

Isaac looked at his feet. It was natural to him to lie. "I just didn't want you to worry about a small wound. I didn't want you to get up and fall over from fatigue." He didn't know what to do in this situation. What the hell did humans do when they lied. He had no clue.

" we apologize" haze said trying to stand
