Kyro waved at the kids. Noticing the few that had spoken up. The happy gaze never wavered. " Hi," he said simply.

The two foxes neither greeted nor snarled back, they simply nodded and turned away. Harrow huffed a sigh. "Don't pay them attention, they're just mad at Suni for taking in a non kitsune into the clan. It's rare we take in outsiders." He explained softly, clapping his hands to get the other's attention. "We'll start off with a run today. Since we're not all that familiar with this path as we are back home, we take it a bit slower. This is not a race." He gave a pointed looks around the group before shifting and bidding his head towards the forest.

Khro nodded and kept pace with harrow. He never did shift, still not having the courage to try. He sighed, smelling the sentless smell of the Forrest, the dew on the trees. His whole world came alive. This was something kyro felt attached to in the world like a place he belongs. His body felt like it was running with his kind, like a pack of wolves at his side. This was were he needed to be,with the clan, with suni. Then some thing happened, before he knew it he was feet shorter and running on all fours. Though, the thing was, he was covered in scars, his ears clipped at the tips.his fur was a pitch black, his snout, upper back and tail looked like it had sowed silver on them.

Harrow glanced over after a while, expecting Kyro to have fallen a bit behind considering he was in his human form. He was surprised when he found a wolf beside him. He didn't a double take behind him in case he hadnt realized someone was attacking him.in the moment but soon caught Kyro's sent. He let out a proud bark, followed the rest of foxes as they came upon a large clearing. The kitsune all surrounded Kyro, some warry now seeing him in his wolf form but optimistic, save for the few younger males from before

kyro seemed surprised him own self. he pranced a bit, seeming to look for someone. he looked around at the herd, bowing his head slightly in gratitude. kyros blue eyes locked with harrows, bowing his head specifically for the fox.

Harrow sat among his peers, needing to rest for a bit. He watched as they play fought with each other, and explored around, warning some thigh a soft yip not to go too far. He watched as a few foxes trotted around with kyro, intrigued by the wolf. He bowed his head in return when he caught his eyes before glancing up when he heard russling from his left. He shoved himself up and barked in greeting to the hunting party and to his leader. The firey orange fox trotted up to Harrow with a rabbit between his teeth.

kyro was playing with the foxes happily. he chased them around and nipped gently. he let them over power him as he sneezed to show his playful mood.

Suni settled beside his friend and gently nudged the rabbit towards them. Harrow barked in appreciation as he started to eat, gently nudging Suni when he caught him watching Kyro. Suni glanced away but couldn't help smile, glad to see that some of his clan members were getting along with Kyro. Yapping and snickering laughter rose up as the foxes played and lightly fought with Kyro.

kyro got up and chased a few, watching as they ran behind suni. he sat and waited now.

Suni chuckled softly and glanced behind him as the young kitsuni used him as a sheild. He shifted to normal and arched an eyebrow. "What are you going to do now, huh?" He teased, playfully swatting at the a kitsune trying to pin one of his four tails down. He shifted back and turned on the fixes, watching as they all snickered and ran away, giving into the chase

kyro ran with suni, nuzzling him every so often. he yipped happily as they all got back to camp. he shifted back " i did it!"

Suni barked happily as they headed back to their temporary camp. He nuzzled back, still unused to kyro as a wolf but finding he wasn't bothered by it. Leading everyone back, alongside Harrow, he congratulated the foxes on a good hunt as well as on their progress in training before trotting off to his corner with Kyro. "You've never done so behmforhand?" He asked, shifting back to normal.

" no, ive never been able to." he said softly and held suni " your so little"

Suni tilted his head curiously before being scooped up by Kyro. "Am not, you're just large beast." He whined, huffing in embarrassment. "Have you never tried before or something?" He eventually asked, nuzzling into kyro's hold and flickering his gaze up to his

Suni's brows furrowed in confusion. "Why would they deny half of what you are? Even if it is a privilege, surely someone would have realized your struggle and helped you instead of repressing something so natural to your being." He argued, blinking when Kyro kissed his head. He ignored the warmth that crept up to his ears and gently pressed his hand to Kyro's cheek. "You don't have to do that here, you know that right?" He reassured, breath hitching slightly when he felt Kyro's breathy laugh carress his face. Laughing himself, he gently pulled away, still unsure of his or Kyro's intentions and definitely not wanting either of them to get hurt if he misunderstood. "Saskia should be arriving tonight. We should get ready." He said softly. "Get something to eat and rest. It's going to be a party tonight."

" mm sounds fun" he hummed a bit. he knew suni meant well when he said he didn't have to ask for permission " i dont know if ill do it often, im still not sure if i can control it."

Suni nodded as he settled for sitting beside kyro, mind racing with a million thoughts. He took a deep breath, for now needing to think about the meeting with his sister and getting his clan back home. He'd deal with his own emotions later. "Shift whenever you feel comfortable, no one's going to judge." He replied, standing and dusting himself off. "Now I don't know about you but I'm starving. Any requests for breakfast? We found some rabbits and squirrels on the hunt today." He said, nodding his head to the pile of meat a few fixes were picking through for their own meal

" what ever you pick sounds just fine." he said and shifted, pouncing around and getting used to the new form.

Suninodded as he too shifted and trotted off towards the hunt pile, taking a rabbit for kyro and a squirrel for himself. He muffled greetings to passing by kitsune, glad to see everyone in a good mood before returning back to kyro. He set down the prey and watched a the wolf moved about. He smiled to himself before barking to call kyro over and began to eat.

kyro sat an ate his rabbit, continuing to curl up to suni as a thank you gift. he lved every bit of being this close to the fox.

Suni snickered softly as he gently nuzzled the wolf. He sniffed at the wounds, wrinkling his nose at the medicinal scent of whatever Sasha had given kyro the day before. He ate the squirrel peacefully as he scanned the area, seeing most kitaune resting or eating their fill of pray.

kyro rested his head on the ground, nipping playfully at suni. he looked around as well, but for different reasons

Suni yipped and playfully swatted at Kyro as he nipped at him. He shifted and ruffled Kyro's head. "I bring you breakfast and you repay me like this?" He teased, scratching Kyro behind the ears. He frowned at seeing the clipped ears and scars scattering Kyro's body. "What happened?" He asked softly, trying the scars with a light hand.

kyro whined a bit at the question, tucking his head as he shifted back " a wolf pack is a lot different then your pack. "

Suni dropped his hand to his lap as kyro explained the scars. He glanced away and sucked in a breath. "It's not like this in every kitsune clan. I've been to some pretty abusive ones unfortunately."

" im sorry.." he said softly. kyro nuzzled suni, pulling the small fox into his lap. he wrapped his arms around the other and kept him close " you got any scars?" he joked

He breathed in a deep breath "they'll be handled with sooner or later. I only ask once I become a nine-tale, I'll be the one they face." He growled softly, yelping in surprise when he was picked back up. "You shouldn't be able to do that easily." He muttered, leaning into Kyro's embrace instead of trying to get away. "I do, just one though." He murmured, tugging at his shirt collar to expose part of a thin scar starting his collarbone. "This is what I get for picking fights with other clans."

kyro nodded, tracing it lighty "seems pretty deep.." he said softly
