Ay! That's awesome, 21k words is definitely a lot and something to be proud of. And if you choose to participate next year, you'll have a record you can strive to beat! Brilliant work!

@Relsey-TheElder

damn Rels!

how do you write so fast?? or do you just have a ton of freetime??

I type quickly and once I'm in the zone I can just power through stuff. There was also like a shopping spree that happened and the descriptions that went on during that made for a good chunk of it. I don't have losts of free time I just pretend I do, let's just say I am very behind on homework this week.

@INKYBIRDY

I'm at about 2000 words and currently dealing with my laptop battery deciding that right now would be the best time to just stop charging :))
At least I can still use google docs on my phone with a bluetooth keyboard lol

@Relsey-TheElder

You know It may be my first day with out writing more than like 100 words,
But that's ok , that's what all the extra writing earlier was for, to be prepared when I have days where I can't write.
Doesn't mean I'm not sad though
29,292 words and counting,
I will be better tomorrow.

👏 Round of applause to all of you👏. I, for one, am NOT quite on top of my writing and haven't written in,, like,, 3 days. :\ I have 8619 words… which i think is still the same as last time.

Update: Two more words in 3 days distant crying

I'm not on Notebook much, so I only just found this. Applause and respect for everyone who has written! I am very close to having 29K, and am planning on writing the last few hundred words to get there by the end of the day.

I hit the finish line! Total word count right now is 50,429 🎉🎉🎉

Congratulations! That's a huge accomplishment and you should be proud. :)

Nice!!!! I'm at 46k so I'm almost there as;ldkjfa;lsk

Been watching your wordcount on the nanowrimo website. You're almost there!!

I lost a couple weeks due to IRL stuff (and largely lost the momentum you need to just keep going every single day), but I switched over to outlining/structuring the rest of the plot and think I put something good together. I probably won't make 50k this month (oops!), but I'll keep writing into December, too, now that I've got a full plot outlined and ready to go. We'll get this story out eventually! :P

Cool! Congrats to all of you!

I sadly gave up :( I felt like my story wasn't going the way as planned, so I think I'm gonna re-map it out, and see what I'm gonna do. from there :)

You guys are all so awesome! You got 3 days left, so I hope you all do well!

hehe I have successfully beat you at NaNo ¬‿¬

It don't matter if you reached 50k or not, as long as you've got a good amount of words down on a page then you've won NaNo!! :D

@Starfast group

Final count is 55,941
I not only achieved my goal of 50k, but I also achieved my daily goal every day (which I've never done before).
Also, because I'm writing a time travel story I started and finished the month with the exact same scene. Kind of a cool coincidence, but also a neat full circle moment, I guess.

How did everyone else do?

@andrew health_and_safety flash_onAdmin

I wrote literally all day and thought I was gonna end the day at 45k (so close!) but realized my ~4k of notes I took throughout the month weren't included in my scrivener manuscript (and therefore not included in the word count) so I slammed down another 1k the last couple hours and included the notes as well (because, well, I did write them in november and they'll turn into actual story later!).

Final word count: 50,384

Ya boiiii we did it!
