"Well, I did ask. Nicotine patches?" Sherlock said, suddenly back to the sullen detached man he normally was.

John racked his mind for the last place he'd seen them. "Uhh…I think underneath the couch cushion?"

"Yes, that was the first place I looked."

"You threw then out, didn't you."

"I-I don't remember." John glanced at the couch, trying to elaborate.

"Well, I looked everywhere. You most likely did."

"No big deal. How's the blog been going?"

"Sherlock if you really want some nicotine patches, then why won't you buy some?" John chuckled and remembered. "Oh, wait. You faked your death," John added sarcastically.

John mimicked Sherlock's voice. "Afganistan or Iraq?" He laughed.

"Right, very funny. Even an idiot would know you had moved out."

"Alright, alright, I'll bring back my things. Should we tell Mrs Hudson?"

"She knows. Mrs Hudson knows all."

"Hmph, I mean that I'm moving back in."

"You can do it tomorrow as it's getting late."
