He smiled a little bit.

She smiles softly back at him.

He closed his eyes, content.

Jade giggled a little, softly, and lay back down next to him.

He smiled, holding onto her.

She smiled gently back, relaxing in his embrace. Despite everything, it just felt so natural. So right.

He hummed very quietly, still holding her.

She sighed and let her eyes close again.

He took a deep breath.

She leaned against him and just listened.

He went quite again after that, closing his eyes.

Jade hummed softly as she slowly started to wake up, unsure of what time it was.

Killian was still asleep, arms wrapped around her still.

Jade smiled softly at the sight and relaxed, letting him sleep a bit longer.

There was a bit of scruff along his jawline, from not shaving. He was relaxed and calm from sleeping, holding her.

Jade bit her lip to keep from laughing when she noticed his 5 o'clock shadow. She really didn't want to disturb him but… it was such a contrast to how he normally looked.

He shifted a little bit, tugging her closer.

Despite the rising blush she felt at being held like a teddy bear, she still smiled.

He shifted again, finally beginning to wake up.

She looked up at him and hummed softly.

He nuzzled closer to her with a faint returning hum, getting closer to wakefulness.

“Good morning.” she whispered, lightly kissing his jaw.

He opened his eyes sleepily, blinking at her. "Mmph. Mornin'." he replied quietly.

“Sleep well?” she smiled, still speaking softly as well.

"Yeah." he pressed a lazy, sleepy kiss to her cheek.

She chuckled softly and turned to kiss him back.

"How'd you sleep?"

“Very well.” she smiled, reluctant to pull away.
