“But I’m hungry!” Rafael protested softly, pouting up at the other. Clearly he intended on being needy today.

Arien chuckled some, hugging Rafael close. He didn't mind Rafael's neediness at all, smiling.
"Okay, okay, let's go get some food, hm?" Arien sat up, bringing Rafael with him and into his arms.

“Yayyy!” Rafael cheered softly, laughing at himself. He rested his head on Arien’s chest, a content smile on his face.

Arien stood, holding Rafael close still.
"Mm, how does french toast sound?" He asked, making his way into the kitchen with Rafael tucked in his arms.

“Sounds perfect to me.” He replied happily, looking up at his lover. “Do you need me to help with anything?”

"I can handle it all, dear," Arien said, smiling. He kissed Rafael's cheek, still holding him as he began the process of making the egg mix.

Rafael practically beamed, humming happily. “Well then if you insist!” He said, already settling back into Arien’s arms.

Arien laughed softly, resting his head on his lover's shoulder as they settled into this. He hummed a soft tune, setting the bread in the egg before onto the pan.

Rafael let his eyes slide shut, letting himself get lost in all the smells and feelings that he was experiencing. Just kind of taking a moment.

Arien continued to hum as he cooked the french toast, his thumb rubbing gentle circles in Rafael's back. He smiled as he slid the first piece onto the plate, starting on the second that soon followed.
"How do strawberries and powdered sugar sound for toppings?" He asked softly, kissing Rafael's cheek.

“Mmm sounds perfect!” He agreed, letting out a soft noise of contentment at the kiss to his cheek. “It smells great.”

"Good!" Arien pulled a few strawberries out, cutting them into halves and setting them on the plate. He dusted the entire things with powdered sugar, carrying the plate and Rafael out to the living room to eat.

Rafael opened his eyes back up again, looking at his lover’s face with a content smile. “Thank you for making me breakfast dear.”

"You're welcome!" Arien smiled some, moving to gently kiss Rafael's cheek. He hummed, cutting off a bit of Rafael's food and offering the bite to him.

Rafael giggled softly, leaning forward to bite the piece of French toast off the fork, smiling up at Arien softly.

Arien smiled as Rafael took the offered food, moving to kiss his head.
"Is it good?" He asked, cutting off more to offer.

He nodded, swallowing before speaking. “It really is, thanks darling.” He leaned into the kiss, his smile growing.

"You're welcome dear!" Arien hummed, resting his head on Rafael's a moment.
"Gods, I love you…" he mumbled.

“I love you too.” He replied with a soft hum, reaching a hand up to touch his lover’s face.

Arien leaned into Rafael's touch, kissing his cheek.
"Ah… I don't think I'll ever be able to get enough of you…"

“Well good, because I plan on sticking around for a good while.” He said, giggling softly.

"Mm…" Arien grinned at that, kissing Rafael lightly before getting him another piece of the french toast for Rafael.

Rafael smiled up at Arien as the other man pulled away to get him more food. Needless to say, he was more than content with his current situation.

Arien settled down more in his seat, arm around Rafael's back and finding its way to hold onto Rafael's hand.
"Feeling pampered today?" he teased, offering the food.

He nodded, leaning up and biting the piece of French toast off of the fork, chewing and swallowing it before smiling up at his lover innocently. "Thank you, darling~"

"But of course~" Arien smiled as Rafael ate, more than content doing this. He loved caring for Rafael, any way the other wanted him to.
"Mm…" He brought another bite up, with a bit of strawberry.

Rafael would let Arien spoil him to death, honestly. He rather enjoyed it, just being babied for a little while. Rafael bit this piece off of the fork as well, letting out a soft hum of contentment.

Arien rubbed small circles against the back of Rafael's hand with his thumb as he hand-fed the other, smiling some.
"You know, it would be quite easy for me to get used to this," Arien teased, kissing Rafael's cheek.

Rafael laughed softly. “I mean, I wouldn’t mind.” He admitted, blushing softly. “I like the attention…a-as long as it doesn't bother you." He said, getting more and more flustered as he spoke. He'd always had to provide for his family from a very young age, so he wasn't used to being spoiled.

"Mm, well, I quite love giving you this attention," Arien promised softly. He had always preferred spoiling to being spoiled, even from a young age. He wanted other people to be as happy as he was in this life, especially now that he had Rafael as his lover.
"Let's have this as something we do often, mm~?"
