“Hey babe do you wanna eat too before we go?” He asked once Arien was back in the room.

"Maybe just a bit," Arien admitted. He wouldn't do much, seeing as the situation Rafael's neck had been left in and how he was feeding for the time being.

He nodded. “Okay then you can do that as soon as I’m finished eating.” He smiled, reaching out his hand for Arien. “Come sit with me.”

Arien took Rafael's hand, moving to come to sit with him.
"Okay, sweetie," he said, smiling. He leaned on Rafael's arm for a moment, a soft, content smile on his face.

Rafael smiled, continuing to eat, happy that Arien was at his side. After a few more minutes he’d finished. “That’s the last of that. Where are you gonna feed from?”

"Well, where would you be okay with me feeding from? Neck's out of the question, and most of your shoulder area." Arien hummed, turning to face Rafael.

“Mmm I don’t really care. We could just do my arm as long as you’re careful not to mess with anything important in there.”

"Okay, then," Arien said. He hummed some, lifting Rafael's arm up.

Rafael stayed still, being careful not to do anything that might mess Arien up.

Arien looked carefully for the right spot, then lightly bit down. He moved one arm around Rafael to help him stay up, the position a bit more awkward than what they had when Arien was feeding on Rafael's neck.

Rafael of course didn’t mind the awkwardness, knowing he was the one who’d requested it this way. He stayed quiet and waited for Arien to finish.

Arien finally pulled away, kissing the spot before looking up.
"Done," he said, a smile on his lips. "Shall we finish getting ready?"

Rafael smiled softly. “Yeah, let’s do that.” He said, reaching out and grabbing Arien’s hand.

Arien smiled, giving Rafael's hand a squeeze and he helped the man down from the chair and out of the kitchen area.

Rafael once again just let Arien lead the way, keeping a tight hold on the vampire’s hand.

Arien hummed some, going to the door to leave the house. He held it open, leading Rafael out into the crisp night air.
"Ready for the trip?"

He nodded excitedly. “Yes! Let’s go!” He exclaimed, practically vibrating with anticipation.

Arien grinned, scooping Rafael up in his arms before starting off for the healers. They were finally getting Rafael's sight back!

Rafael was so excited. He pressed his face into Arien’s chest, a wide smile on his face.

The trip seemed shorter this time- from anticipation or Arien actually going faster, it was hard to tell. In the end, the vampire came to a stop, still holding Rafael securely in his arms.

Rafael smiled up at him nervously. He really wanted to get his vision back.

Arien kissed Rafael's cheek, then set the man down. He took Rafael's hand in his, opening the door and stepping inside.

Rafael practically had a death grip on Arien’s hand. He was very very nervous.

"Everything is going to be okay," Arien promised. "We'll get you back to normal in no time." Arien led Rafael over to sit down as they waited for the healer to come deal with them.

He nodded. “I hope you’re right…” he said softly. He leaned his head on Arien’s shoulder.

Arien wrapped his arm around Rafael securely, his hand slipping back into the other's as they waited. He hummed softly, rubbing the back of Rafael's hand with his thumb.

It took some time, but eventually, the healer did make her way towards the two men.

Arien’s gentle touches did help him calm down a bit, but his body stiffened back up again when he heard the healer begin to walk over.

"You're here for your checkup, correct?" Arien nodded, looking to Rafael.
"We were told this time he would be fully healed."

Rafael’s grip tightened ever so slightly on Arien’s hand. He was definitely nervous.

The healer looked over Rafael a moment, nodding.
"Here, come this way sir." She offered her arm to Rafael to help him up.
