@StarryWolfy flash_onCrazy Procrastinator

Full Name: Sirus Nightfang
Age: 20-21
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight,
Appearance: Think typical tall dark and moody, except he's more of an average height and his pitch black hair is tipped in crimson. He has stony grey eyes, and is pale skinned (burns easy), and has the type of build that makes him look overly skinny, but there's muscle there. He also has a few scars under his clothing, the type that won't really be seen… but look suspiciously like he was attacked by a pack of wolves, multiple times when he was younger.
WOLF: Sirus is also a wolf shifter, or werewolf if you wanna call it that. I call it having a human and a wolf parent = halfwolf. Anyway, most of the above traits stay pretty much the same in wolf form, he has the same colorings as in his hair, (Mainly black, with crimson highlights) and he has a slim build. He's also a bit larger than your typical IRL wolf too.
Sirus also has this amulet type thing he wears. It's a dull crimson gem that's sorta shaped like a rupee from the Zelda games, set in silver. It would fit in the palm of your hand, to give you an idea of size.
Identifying marks: The Crimson in his hair, and the amulet.
Usual outfit: He typically dresses as your average hunter/forest ranger type. Combat boots, warm pants, long-sleeve-shirt, and warm jacket. He'll have a ruck full of various supplies, and some leather armour for this trip too.
Personality: Quiet, and strategic. He's not one to get angry easy, or really show any type of extreme emotion, he's also one to study you like you're a puzzle and find all your strengths and weaknesses if you spend enough time around him. (I'd give you more but I haven't pulled this one out for awhile.)
Skills: Shadow magic, (Can hear the shadows whisper things to him, and shape them to his will, among other things. Certain types of manipulations take more energy, to the point of possibly killing him if he attempts too much all at once.), tracking, hiding his emotions, chess, flute playing, stealth, swordsmanship
Hobbies: Likes to play the flute, and listening to various shadows, (Shadows see some very interesting things) Also enjoys a good game of chess when he can find a worthy opponent.
Strengths: Stealth, hand to hand fighting.
Weakness: His aforementioned amulet can be used to control him and his magic. If someone other than him has his amulet they could tell him to stop breathing or smth and he would have no choice but to obey. (Also being forced to shift between human and wolf form is agonizing.)
Fears: His dad. (an abusive jerk)
Background (can be revealed in rp if you want): Sirus grew up in a wolfpack as the son of a classist, racist (doesn't like halfwolves) and tyrannical alpha. That's about all I'm gonna say.
Other: I think I covered everything!

Fair enough. I mean if you really need me to I can pull something out.
And to avoid having like, a giant timeskip after he's hired maybe we have Sirus finally catching up tout our rogue princess and her tribe?

It had been some time since the King’s oldest daughter had been seen in public. Rumors around the kingdom were that she was ill. Only the royal family and a few trusted servants knew the truth. She had been taken and for the longest time, no one knew who was responsible or where she had been taken to. Finally, the King received news of his daughter's whereabouts but was unable to send even a single knight to bring her home without it being seen as an attack.
There was another option, however… Sirius Nightfang. The man was something of a rouge but had an impressive reputation. So the King sent out a messenger with the proposal and a modest incentive payment to encourage his decision.

(Hey, sorry for not coming back here sooner, I'm trying to complete my work for the week and I keep forgetting I have this XP I'll be able to get up a proper reply, maybe later today???)

Sirus had recieved the message, of course. And the money. In truth he would've taken the job anyway, needing an excuse to move around again. But the money didn't hurt.
And so now he was out in the middle of nowhere, tracking the edges of tribal territory in wolf form. He had what looked like a backpack strapped around his shoulders with his supplies, and was currently scenting a trail, trying to find the end of it.
(I apologize for having this take so long…)

(It's fine. I understand being busy.)

The area was fairly peaceful and very much unlike the bustling crowded streets of Olarien. The paint covered face smiled a little at the difference before the two warriors walked out together for a brief hunt. It was more a rite of passage for the younger one while the mentor only supervised. A lot of training had gone into this moment and the excitement was palatable.
After traveling together for a while, the mentor fell behind to give his student control of the situation.

Sirus always seemed to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of nature, even if he was working on a job. The scents of trees and grass and various woodland critters were calming, as was the feeling of the forest floor under his paws.
Soon he picked up the scent of three warrior and began tracking it, maybe if he made contact with the tribe, he could get further inside it's borders.

The younger of the two was immediately aware of when the teacher became an observer and became fully alert. Listening carefully to every sound and scanning the terrain for any tracks or signs of a good hunt before heading off, quietly as possible, just outside the camp’s borders. Though they were staying in the tribes own hunting territory for the younger’s safety.
Corvin had grown fond of his charge despite already having a child… who was too young to start training. Honestly, he considered this to be as much of a test for him as it was for his student.

Sirus soon came within eyesight of the little group, moving as little as possible, the shadows subtly moving to hide him among the trees as he watched and followed them slowly.

The pair froze as Sirius came up to them. They had been hoping to find a deer or something like that… not a red-striped predator. The young brunette looked over at Corvin who shook his head before stepping defensively in front, gripping his spear tightly.

Sirus backed off warily, not expecting to be spotted so easily. Slowly he moved back into the bushes, trying to get out of range of the spear before he could attempt to shift.

Corvin smirked slightly as the wolf backed away. He didn't really want to harm the creature unless he needed to defend themselves. The idea of getting into a one on one fight with a wolf was usually a foolish idea in his opinion.
Feeling safer now that they were alone, the young hunter crouched down to check for any tracks to follow.

@StarryWolfy flash_onCrazy Procrastinator

Sirus let out a soft huff when he saw the other's smirk, this time making triple sure he was out of sight before beginning to track them again.

@FanfictionFanatic-The-Elder group

Corvin relaxed his grip but stayed more alert as he proudly watched his student found some deer tracks. Though both were confused by the earlier sight. The student had never heard of a wolf that size and with that unusual pattern… Unless it had been blood. While the male was wondering why a ”Changer” was so close to their lands.

@StarryWolfy flash_onCrazy Procrastinator

Changer, halfblood, wolf shifter, whatever you wanted to call him, he was still tracking them, figuring he'd wait until after their hunt before showing himself again, hoping he could finish the mission without too much violence.

@FanfictionFanatic-The-Elder group

It took a while before they finally came upon the deer they were stalking, a lone buck, fortunately. Neither of them wanted to find a young fawn or a doe for the hunt. A buck, with antlers that size, would be perfect to bring back. Corvin stood several feet away as his student got within a closer range.
She stayed upwind just as she had been taught and silently notched her bow. Taking a slow deep breath to steady her shot, and pounding heart, she pulled the drawstring taunt and took careful aim.
