Arien gave Rafael's hand a squeeze, then stood, making his way over. He looked around a bit, finding the vial and bringing it over.
"I've got it," he said, sitting down.

“Thanks for the help.” He said, smiling softly.

"You're welcome!" Arien put the vial in Rafael's hand, unscrewing it just a bit so he wouldn't struggle with it.

Rafael quickly took the medicine, just a few drops as the healer had instructed. He handed the vial back to Arien once he was done.

Arien closed the vial, setting it down on the table.
"How does it taste?" He asked, curious.

“Tastes weird…not bad though just weird.” He replied.

"Well, that's better than expected," Arien admitted. He smiled a bit, taking Rafael's hand again.

Rafael smiled when Arien took his hand, leaning his head on Arien’s shoulder. “What time is it?” He asked, not exactly sure how close they were to night time.

Arien looked up at the clock, smiling a bit as he and Rafael snuggled.
"Six," he said.

“So we still have a few more hours until sundown….is there anything we want to do tonight? Anywhere we want to go?” He asked.

Arien tilted his head a bit.
"I'm not entirely sure," Arien admitted. "It might be a good idea to introduce you to my other friends, though."

“That might be nice.” He said thoughtfully. “And could also prevent any future ‘problems.’”

"Yes. Thank God none of the others are assholes." Arien chuckled softly. "I'm sure you'll like them, seeing as after meeting them there really won't be any problems with them."

He nodded, chuckling quietly as well. “I hope I do like them.” He mostly just hoped he wouldn’t feel left out, or looked down on.

Arien hummed a bit in agreement, tilting his head to rest on Rafael's.
"I'm sure they'll like you, too."

“Well that’s good..” he mumbled softly, wrapping an arm around Arien, his grip loose enough so Arien could move away if he wanted to.

Arien, in turn, snuggled a bit closer, smiling softly. He wrapped his arm around Rafael in turn, letting it a happy hum.

His smile widened and he rested his head on Arien’s shoulder, beginning to hum softly. “I may need to take another nap just so I won’t fall asleep on you guys tonight.”

Arien chuckled a bit.
"Yes, that might be a good idea." Arien smiled a bit, turning his head to Rafael.

He yawned softly, nuzzling the side of Arien’s neck as he moved closer to the other. “You don’t have to stay while I sleep if you don’t want to..” he mumbled.

"Mm, but what if I want to?" Arien wrapped both arms around Rafael now, chuckling softly.

“Then stay, stupid.” He said jokingly, laughing softly. He closed his eyes, letting out a content sigh as he melted into Arien’s arms.

With a chuckle, Arien held Rafael. He lightly rubbed Rafael's back, letting out a soft hum. He laid then both down, playing with Rafael's hair a bit.

Arien could probably see Rafael begin to smile more as he began to mess with his hair. He leaned into the contact, just letting his mind relax.

This was nice. Arien liked seeing Rafael smile like this. He started to hum softly, a sweet little lullaby from long ago.

The tune made Rafael relax even more, and pretty soon, it seemed like he’d fallen asleep in Arien’s arms.

Arien waited a moment, watching Rafael.
"You know," he said softly to himself. "I think I'm in love with him, too." Arien let out a soft sigh, resting his head on Rafael's and closing his eyes.

Fortunately or unfortunately for Arien, Rafael would have no knowledge of what Arien had said about him, and remained peacefully asleep until around 8:30 that night.

Arien had kept himself half aware the entire time. He smiled softly when Rafael seemed to stir.
"Hey," he said softly, giving Rafael a gentle shake.

“Hey.” He mumbled back groggily, sitting up slightly. “Time to get up?” He asked, not really wanting to move unless he had to.
