He blushed and he walked up the rest of making sure the rest of the steps and as he got into the room he was thinking to himself what is he going to do about cloths tomorrow and later today he can’t get them messed up to much while he was training he walked over what looked to be simulators day he looked for how to turn it on
she frowned. "do you happen to have a desc on what arcanis looks like?…or what he sounds like?….also if ignis is going to be acting different I'm not sure I feel safe with dork being alone with him."
Amara smile weakly, "He's fine for now, it's barely starting. But we need to be swift. Arcanis, from what I believe, is the same person harassing you lot since the seal cracked. He is an elder Shadow with no born element. He possesses the magic ability to steal the abilities of others. If an "uncorrupted" elemental has their ability taken, they start to develop a negative version of their element."
"yeah im pretty sure i talked with him in a normal conversation…" she laughed nervously. "what do you mean we need to be swift?"
"hmmm i wonder what could be a negative about darkness? like how could you make darkness worse then it already is?"
Ignis appeared in the middle of the room by astral projection, "Welcome to the simulator. It is pretty self explanatory. Just think of what you want to see while wearing the head brace before you. "
Amara looked at Kali, "Death. Void. The very touch by your hand could rip a man's flesh from his body. "
"is it bad that i really wanna try that? and maybe watch it in slow motion?" she laughed nervously.
He put the head brace on he must look like an idiot ” I guess some sort of combat scenario would be nice. Thank you” he prepared himself he focused for a second and a long sword of plasma appeared
"You won't be watching. You will lose your mind. You will kill all that you love first. watch every ounce of blood on your hands. Never cleaned." Ignis spoke leaning in the doorway, "I understand your worry. Amara, you don't think I'd ACTUALLY want to go back to that nightmare?"
"ah….i see." There are two people i wouldn't mind killing but I would hate to kill amara and dork, she jumped a little when spoke his input. "Your girlfriend has a right to be worried over you ini no matter what you say."
"What did I do to you?" ignis became serious, "I know she's scared. Hell, I am too! You don't understand this situation! I have been through this. I will get my flame back…" he gets up and begins to look at Amara in fear, "Or die before it's too late."
As Ignis leaves, Amara sinks into a chair and began crying, "Not again…"
"dam it ini…" she bit her tongue wanting to go to daniel or at least slap ignis in the face. instead she walked over to Amara and tried to comfort. "is there anyway to stop it?…"
"He was always reckless and caring," Amara spoke between the tears, "He could have a knife through his chest and still help others. He…attempted to do it before you know." She holds Kali's arm tight, "You and Daniel head for stone called the spark of power. I can keep him sane long enough to find Arcanis."
Amara puts a rose symbol on Kali's wrist, "Activate the symbol on any door to return here. Daniel is most likely in the training room."
she clenches her hand in a fist looking at the rose symbol before looking at Amara. "Right. Goodluck." she leaves to go upstairs and find daniel.
He started combat with a few figures dodging right around their attacks and slicing with his sword after about thirty minutes he started to break up a sweat he took of his Shirt and under was just a tank top he didn’t want to make his shirt sweaty and disgusting so he could keep wearing it he would have to stop by and grab some clothes from home he hated to do that but he had too
"hey dork you up here?" she called out for him and then saw him in the tank top blushing a little it was just a tank top so she was okay to stare at right? not like he wasn't wearing a shirt or anything.
He took of the head thing and blushed “hey there” he noticed her looking and crossed his arms and he said jokingly “you enjoying the view” he said it to embarrass her but he just ended up embarrassing himself
"Ah- um- uh-" she blushed flustered stumbling on her words.
Amara came back to only hug Ignis, they're emotions mixed. They moved to a nearby chair and Amara lied on his lap. "She's very stubborn." Ignis spoke softly, "She can despise me all she wants, but I can't help but keep her, you, Daniel, and Marlin away from the curse I created." Ignis was very frustrated at the situation they were in, "She reminds me of you."
Amara laughs a little, "You're crazy already! I was NOT like that!"
Ignis laughs as well, "It's true"
she cleared her throat, "not like you haven't spared a glance my way before." she tried to play off her flusteredness. "we need to talk."
“Okay” he sat down on the bench and grabbed his shirt and slipped it on he patted a seat “ so what did you want to talk about” he was worried he hoped she was okay
she shook her head. "not here. follow me." She walked downstairs all the way down and exited the building.
“ Okay” he followed her down and outside wondering what could be wrong he was starting to get worried was she okay well he would help her anyway as the stepped outside he noticed he was sort of close to her but he didn’t care he looked down at her “what’s wrong?”
"were going to find the stone of power." now that she said it the idea sounded stupid. why didn't they just use ignis's library full of information to get info on where it was? something had just seemed off so she had brought him outside.
“Okay I’m on board” he trusted her land he spoke again “so how do we get it and we should probably get some information before we go looking” he was ready to help her in anyway he could “ why did you need me out here to talk to me though?”
she sighed. "Theres something off about ignis, I went outside thee room bc I realized Amara noticed it as well. I'm pretty sure they're dating, anyway she told me when an element is stolen the guy arcanis can take it and create a negative out of it. So basically he would create hellfire, is what made him go insane and murder his whole family last time. Amara said its happening again…she said she will keep him sane long enough to find arcanis…' she exhaled. "if we use Ini's library we cant tell him why we want to know what we want to know, just for now. i don't know if using it would be wise," she showed daniel the rose on her wrist, "if i activate this on anydoor we can return here, Amara gave it to me before telling me to find the power stone, it makes me think we should try and find information elsewhere." she looked at he house.
"Why…" Ignis spoke up again, holding a folded piece of paper, "Just ask."
