She leaned into him more then she probably should. Her eyes started to droop just a little bit from the no sleep thing, she tried to keep her eyes open but it was difficult. She wrapped her arms around his arm pulling herself close to him.
He blushed as well but he pulled her closer he was happy and he was about to fall asleep himself
She leaned against him slowly drifting to sleep by the warmth and calmness. Amara and Marlin the only ones to be awake besides a half awake Daniel.
Ignis walked along the road into the forest to reclaim the lost stone from the day previous. He couldn't allow the others to know where he was, or where he was going. As he found the stone, a man appeared behind him. The man was tall and masculine like Ignis. The man's hair blonde and combed back. His skin pale and worn. "I was trapped for hundreds of years. Your kind has dwindled your lives to that of a human. Your forms take human form. You hide like the sheep you are." Ignis turned, "Arcanis…we need to talk."
Amara looked the two in the back cuddling and smiled. She then returned to the road as the skies made everything harder. She touched the dash and light travelled from the car to the road, lighting their way. Amara felt restless as she knew what lied beyond. As they were close to the village, the car was suddenly bumped by an angry force. The car flipped off the road and ended up in a nearby ditch behind the city limit sign.
He fell asleep he felt at home in each others arms it was a feeling he had never felt before he never wanted to let her go because he wished he could be with her forcever
(did any one get seriously injured or it wasn't that bad-)
(How did they get mentally damaged in a car crash?)
(Shoot I missed that I did not read the car crash part at all)
Amara wakes up with a cut across her left cheek and left and right arms. She came across dizzy and confused. She quickly moved the remaining three out of the car and healed them before she was able to heal herself. She sat down and took a breath. She hoped Kali, Daniel, and Marlin were okay. She decided to start fixing the car in the meantime, forgetting to heal herself.
(I have school tomorrow night all)
Kali groaned waking up from the crash and then seeing the wreckage. "What happened?…" She held her head and got up walking over to Kali seeing her cut up and bleeding. "amara your bleeding!'
"Watch our asses!" She quickly snapped, "Whatever hit was definitely NOT a car!"
"Focus on healing yourself! then work on the car!" She yelled turning her and scanning there area for any possible threats. "Do you have any idea what hit us?!"
Amara grew frustrated and out of breath, her head was going dizzy. She sat on the car, "I can't. At least not now. I spent a lot if magic on you lot. Just…just give me time. As for what hit us, no mortal man or elemental could do that."
"okay well if you wont heal yourself then at least rest your injured, over working yourself isn't going to help us at all." she went over to amara. "do you have any bandages? you could bleed out and die amara."
"I…" She struggles through the pain, "I need you to heal me… You must close the wounds."
"wha- how?! I can't help people that's your thing! Darkness dosent heal people! How do you heal people with darkness?!" She sighed tears off some pieces of her own clothing and using it as a makeshift bandage.
Amara stops Kali, "Like energy based magic, you can concentrate the power. Use it like thread to weave the wounds like stitches. Then bandage me."
She stops and sighs knowing a million different things could go wrong. She drops the make shaft bandage and takes in a deep breath and deep breath out. She closes her eyes to concentrate, imagine a needle and string, in her hands as she twirls them slightly the string appears and so does the needle. She opened her eyes, "woah." She didnt waste time admiring it, she immediately started to stitch up Amara's wounds.
Amara was clearly feeling the pain, but couldn't help smile, "You learn quick, Shadowcast." She said, talking through the pain.
"don't talk unless it's important or your on fire. Save your strength, I would have thought you knew that." She finished stitching up the last open cut. "you have any water or do I need to summon that too? Any disinfectant?"
"Everything we need should be in the trunk," Amara coughs, "Ack! Hell."
"hey take it easy, just breathe okay?" She walked over and opened the trunk grabbing the water and the disinfectant walking back over to her. "Here." She handed her the open water to drink. She applied disinfectant to the wounds and then bandaged them up. "This is not what i expected to be doing." She muttered.
Amara drank the water fully with no hesitation. She then proceeds to rest, "I know. You know…you are at your strongest right now. Or should be."
"what are you talking about?" She had an idea for what Amara was talking about but she wanted confirmation.
Amara looks up, keeping her nice and lovely smile, "Throughout legend, Elementals could draw power from within. But the closer one gets to their own element in nature, they're powers are enhanced. Since the darkness took over, you should feel…different. Powerful."
She looked away sitting down next to her. "Yeah…I guess your right. I would not have been able to do that normally with as much as I did. I wonder if I could…" She placed a hand over on of Amara's wounds slightly applying pressure closing her eyes a dark glow signaled under her hands and then stop. She opened her eyes taking her hands away. She untapped the bandage and it was healed, the string wasn't there anymore seeing as it was just made out of dark matter. "I can see why someone might choose this, might choose them."
