"That's good, at least." Derlik shoot his head some. At least Halm hadn't totally ruined everything.
"That's good, at least." Derlik shoot his head some. At least Halm hadn't totally ruined everything.
"Mhmm. T-They were still touching me and stuff, but they couldn't get super far. I really didn't like it…"
"Well, I'm going to make sure that doesn't happen any more," Derlik said gently. "From anymore."
"Thanks… I don't wanna have to deal with it anymore…" Nix nuzzled against Derlik again.
"Mm… I can understand why." Derlik offered a small smile, hugging Nix for a time.
Nix purred a bit more and huddled closer. "Mmmmm… what else are we gonna do today?"
Derlik tilted his head, thinking a moment.
"Well, I'm not really sure," he admitted. Usually by now, he was out and about in the world, being a pain in the ass to all the other gods.
"What do you usually do when you're at home?" Nix asked. "Surely you're alone most of the time?"
(Hey, after I'm done giving all of my rps at least one response, me and some other people are gonna do a 'support group' chat rp with the characters that have to deal with my pantheon of gods, wanna get tagged in it when I make it?)
"Actually, I have a lot of different minor gods under me. More than a all the other gods, actually. And I'm not around a lot at home, even. I do a lot of traveling." Derlik offered a small smile.
(Sure lol)
"Huh… I think I'd like to travel." Nix hummed thoughtfully to himself. "Cas took me everywhere, but we never really left the city. He couldn't afford vacations."
(Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn I just remembered Nix can't read/write. How do you wanna get around that for the chat..?)
"Oh! Well, we could today if you'd want to. We wouldn't have to interact with anyone, just go out and about and explore the world together." Derlik offered a small smile.
(Fuck, Cas can't read or write either Maybe this is after they uh… both learn how to read and write? Just poorly lol)
"Really?" Nix smiled brightly up at Derlik, his ears pricking up and his tail swaying a bit. "Yeah! Let's go explore!"
(Yeee)
"Great!" Derlik stood, scooping Nix up in his arms. "Where would you like to go first?"
"Uhm… I dunno." Nix shrugged. "I don't really know my way around. What's your favorite place?" He asked, resting his head on Derlik's shoulder.
"Well, I really enjoy the Rocky mountains. It's really beautiful." Derlik ran his fingers through Nix's hair and down his back, thinking a moment.
"Do you want to see?"
"Sure! How're we gonna get there?" Nix asked curiously. "I can climb pretty good, but I don't think I could go that far…"
Derlik couldn't help a small laugh.
"I'll just teleport us there, how about that?" The god offered a smile, patting Nix's head.
"Okay!" Nix purred softly and leaned into Derlik's hand. "Do we still gotta climb, though? Won't it be cold?"
"Nawh, no climbing. There are a lot of hiking trails, though, so that could be interesting. And we don't have to go all the way up them." Derlik smiled just a bit.
"And us gods are like heaters. I'm sure I can help you keep warm."
"Mmkay… should I bring a coat, though?" Nix asked, fidgeting a bit with the skirt of his dress. "This thing isn't very warm…"
"You can if you want to," Derlik said. "I think a jacket should do." The god hummed softly, offering a smile.
Nix nodded a bit and wandered over to the magical closet to find himself a coat to wear. "What kinda coat would work with this?" He asked. "I'm not the best with clothes…"
"Hmmm…" Derlik thought a moment, examining Nix's dress.
"Well, I think a good look would be… this!" He reached over Nix, pulling out a light weight jacket.
"Okay!" Nix pulled on the jacket and smiled brightly, looking up at Derlik with his tail swaying back and forth. "Should we go now?"
"Yeup!" Derlik scooped Nix up in his arms again, stepping out of the way of any furniture.
"You ready?" Derlik was content not to let anyone know they were leaving.
"Yeah!" Nix huddled up in Derlik's arms and purred happily, seeming content for the time being. "How cold is it up there?"
"Well, it shouldn't be very cold. We're not gonna go too high up, where the snow is." Derlik smiled some, heading out towards the door to leave.
Nix nodded a bit and huddled up a little tighter in Derlik's arms. "Sounds good to me…"
Derlik nodded in turn, and in a moment they were in the human world.
"Mhm…"
Nix looked around, shivering a bit. "Mm… it's cold out here… it's pretty, though."
