"I'll be back soon, love." Lucas returned the kiss and headed into the back to talk to the manager.

Melissa nodded, going off to wander the store by herself. She found herself attracted to most of the yellow and white flowers as she wandered.

Lucas returned after about ten minutes and kissed Melissa's cheek. "She says she's gonna let me come back! I'll get my schedule soon."

Melissa was still looking over the flowers, holding onto Cody's leash. She jumped some at the kiss before giving him a little smile. "That's great. I'm glad to hear that, love."

Lucas smiled as well as he hugged Melissa. "Mhmm! Let's head to the school now. Hopefully the coach will be there, but I'm not sure…"

"You could always email him." Melissa hummed, kissing his shoulder. "If he's not there, I mean."

"True. I think I know his email…" Lucas hummed softly to himself as well. "We can at least check."

"Yeah, of course." Melissa nodded, taking his hand she with a little smile. "Lead the way, princess."

Lucas stuck his tongue out playfully and led Melissa out of the flower shop. "It isn't far from here, so it shouldn't take long…"

Melissa smiled softly, nodding just a little as they walked. "Alright, love. And then we can hang around together?"

"Mhmm! We can go wherever you want. Er… within reason. Have you thought of anywhere?" He asked.

"Mm, what's considered out of reason?" Melissa joked, kissing him. "And I thought maybe we could go ice skating? Or just go to the clearing, and hang around there."

"Ice skating is fine with me. Out of reason is like… Hawaii. Or generally out of the city for the most part." Lucas laughed.

"Alright, we'll do that then." Melissa smiled softly. "Mm, I don't understand that, though. We could totally swim to Hawaii."

"Mm… well, maybe you could, but I'm not as good of a swimmer as you are." Lucas kissed Melissa's cheek again.

"How would you know? We've never had a contest or anything, have we?" Melissa hummed, giving him a small smile.

"Well, I know that you're a good swimmer and that I'm better at climbing." Lucas shrugged a bit.

Melissa nodded a little, resting her head on his shoulder. "Mm, that's true… we never got to go to the beach, speaking of swimming."

"I think it's probably a bit too cold to go to the beach at the moment though, darling."

"I know that," Melissa laughed softly. "I just meant in general we never went… we need to go when it gets warm enough."

"Sure, Mel. We'll go to the beach when it gets warm." Lucas hummed softly to himself as he walked.

“Mm, only if you want to.” Melissa added, nuzzling against his cheek. “We don’t have to do something you don’t want to.”

"I like beaches fine, Mel. I don't mind going." Lucas smiled gently over at Melissa.

“If you’re sure, then.” Melissa hummed, giving him a sweet smile. “I think Cody would have fun, at least…”

"Yeah, I'm sure he would. He's got a lot of energy." Lucas laughed softly as he pet Cody.

“Mm, that he does. The way he ran around in the snow definitely shows.” Melissa smiled, offering the leash to Lucas.

"Yeah." Lucas accepted the leash with a soft smile and continued on. "We're almost there."

"Mm, alright." Melissa nodded, nuzzling up against him. She let out a soft sigh.

They soon reached the school, which was closed. "Mm… I'll just send him an email, then."

Melissa nodded some, nosing against him still. "Mmm, alright~" She hummed, kissing his cheek.
