She smiled back at him.
She smiled back at him.
He kissed her cheek.
She smiled at the kiss and cuddled against him, kissing his cheek in return.
He smiled at her.
She smiled softly back.
He leaned his head against hers.
She sighed happily and leaned into his embrace.
He held onto her happily.
She looked up at him, enjoying the hold and the moment.
He hummed faintly again.
She sighed softly, nuzzling against his neck.
He held onto her.
She opened her mouth, about to say something, before remembering and started tapping out the message instead.
He looked down at her, wondering what she was tapping out, but didn't ask.
It was honestly better that he didn't ask… Probably. She knew what his response would be… Or lack thereof. And she had tapped out this same message so many times before that she would be embarrassed to admit it. Maybe… Maybe there was something wrong with her that made her feel compelled to relay this message over, and over, and over again even if it was true.
He closed his eyes, holding onto her.
She let out a calming breath and nuzzled into his hold.
He kissed her cheek.
She smiled softly at the kiss, relaxing again.
He hummed very faintly.
She looked up at him and kissed his cheek.
He smiled lightly.
She smiled softly and rested her head against his shoulder.
He held onto her lightly.
“How do you feel?” she asked softly. Obviously she knew it would take a while for him to heal and she wasn’t going to kick him out, she was just curious… and genuinely concerned for him.
He shrugged a little. "I don't know." He said softly.
She nodded briefly, accepting that answer and gently hugged him.
He leaned into her, closing his eyes and hugging her back.
She smiled softly, noting that he seemed to respond better to physical affection then words, and kissed his cheek.
He smiled softly at her.
