Nix sat down with Serna and eyed the laptop curiously. "So… how do we make it show us pictures?" He asked.

"I do it like this," Serna said. She pulled up Google, going to her Pinterest. She liked collecting pictures of good looking people. She went to the first board, filled with pretty and handsome men alike.

Nix looked at the pictures curiously. "How do I know which ones I'm attracted to?" He asked Serna softly.

"Well… It's a bit hard to explain." Serna thought a moment. "You'll think they look cute, or look like someone you would be okay with being together with." She started slowly pulling up pictures, letting Nix look through them.

"Okay…" Nix still seemed a bit confused, but he continued looking through the pictures anyways. He seemed to at least show more interest in male pictures than female pictures, but he wasn't sure what to say.

Serna rested her hand lightly on Nix's shoulder. When she saw how he was reacting to men, she pulled up more of those. Short, tall, skinny, buff, a bit on the plus side, all sorts of hair colors and outfits.

Nix's ears pricked up a bit when Serna pulled up pictures of buff men, his face flushing lightly. This was a tad overwhelming, but he supposed it was fun in a way.

Serna looked over, smiling slightly.
"I think we've found who you like," she said softly.

Nix looked up at Serna curiously. "What do you mean?" He asked, cocking his head slightly to the side.

Serna left a picture of a buffer man, motioning to it.
"The way you react to men like this. That's how we know you're attracted to them. You're very much gay." She have a small smile.

Nix flushed again as he looked at the picture. "Ah… alright… why?" He asked, still a bit confused.

"The way your body is reacting. You didn't experience that I think any of the women." Serna smiled softly, putting one hand on Nix's head.

"Okay…" Nix turned his ears to either side of his head to make more room for Serna's hand, purring softly. "How is my body reacting?"

Serna wasn't about to explain anything sexual right now.
"Well, do you feel how your cheeks have gotten warmer? That's it." She scratched his head lightly, offering a smile.

"Ohhh…" Nix gently poked his pink cheek with one finger, sticking his tongue out a bit. "Well… um… thank you then, ma'am."

"You're welcome." She patted Nix's head lightly, then turned to the computer. She got off pinterest, going to shut it down.

Nix hesitated before sliding off the bed and holding his hand up to Serna again. "We should do this again sometime!"

Serna smiled and nodding, standing up as well and taking Nix's hand.
"That sounds like a good idea to me! You can ask me whenever you want to."

Nix nodded as well with a soft smile, following Serna back into the kitchen. He still didn't want to eat, but he seemed to have briefly distracted himself from Halm.

Serna set about cleaning up, giving Nix a smile occasionally. Zachary was still in the kitchen, doing his very best to speak.
"Love… ou…"

Cas nuzzled against Zachary's cheek affectionately, a bright smile on his face. "You're doing great, love. You're so close."

Zachary leaned into the nuzzling, focusing. Finally, he managed to get it out-
"I- I love… y-you…" he grinned brightly, hugging Cas.

"Yes!" Cas kissed Zachary and hugged him close, grinning sunnily. "I love you too!" Nix smiled weakly as he watched them, glad that Cas was happy, but also starting to feel lonely again.

Zachary held Cas close, tearing up a bit as he grinned. He'd done it, he'd said an entire sentence!
"I love y-you," he said again softly. Serna looked at Nix, gently putting her hand on his shoulder. They'd find someone for him.

"Love you too, Zachary~…" Cas hugged Zachary tightly, still grinning and trying not to cry himself. Nix looked up at Serna with his sad little smile. He was holding back tears as well, but not for the same reason as Cas or Zachary.

Zachary nuzzled into Cas's neck, just so happy. He was getting better. He was able to say softer sounds, then. Things that didn't take as much. He'd be trying a lot of words, then…
Serna knelt down, offering Nix a hug. He obviously needed one.

(Fuck, I swear I wrote out a response to this-)
Cas kissed Zachary happily, his legs on either side of the other's waist. "We'll have you talking in no time, love. You're doing so well." Nix slid down into Serna's lap and held tightly to her, trying to stay as quiet as possible so he wouldn't bother Cas.

(It's all okie-)

Zachary nodded, kissing back with a happy sound. It would be nice not to have Cas guessing what he meant all the time.
Serna held Nix close, gently patting his back. She didn't say anything, just holding him close and comforting him.
