”She had to work today and text me a while ago that she would be ”late” coming home tonight.” she explained, rolling her eyes fondly at her roommate's antics.
”She had to work today and text me a while ago that she would be ”late” coming home tonight.” she explained, rolling her eyes fondly at her roommate's antics.
He nodded a little. "Alright. I should…I should change, though." He glanced down at the villain suit he still wore.
“Hmm? Oh, yeah. You probably should.” she nodded, sitting up a little to let him either use his magic to change his clothes or if he wanted to stand up to change.
He stood, and snapped his fingers, the clothes changing into normal looking stuff. A flannel and jeans.
She smiled, approving of the outfit. ”You know, now you really remind me of Dean Winchester.” she teased lightly.
He laughed a little. "Ah, so winningly attractive but tortured?" He asked, raising his eyebrows at her.
She chuckled a little too. ”Well, you did just get beat up.” she smiled. ”But… you are handsome.”
He laughed a little, wrapping his arms around her and kissing her forehead. "Ah, thank you."
”You’re welcome.” she smiled, carefully returning the hug. There was one other way that Killian was like the elder brother in the show but she wasn't going to say it and remind him of… that monster.
He hummed faintly, holding her close..
She looked up at him and kissed his cheek.
He smiled at her.
She smiled softly back at him.
He kissed her cheek lightly, holding her close.
She hummed softly, lightly tapping her fingers against an injured spot on his side.
He let out a faint breath.
”Sorry.” she mumbled. It was just morse code again, not an attempt to tickle him this time. It was a simple message and only eight letters long, so it shouldn't have been too unbearable for him.
"It's fine. It doesn't hurt." He replied softly, kissing her forehead in a reassuring manner.
”Good.” she smiled softly. ”You’ve been through enough of that for the day. Maybe the week.” she teased.
He laughed a little. "I'll heal, it's fine." He replied.
She chuckled lightly. ”I know you will. I haven't forgotten that you used your magic to heal me when I needed help.”
He hummed for a moment. "Yeah. It… doesn't work as well if I use it on myself."
She raised a brow slightly. ”Is that how you ended up with… fourteen ribs that one time?” she asked, remembering that conversation.
"Wh– uh, yeah." He replied sheepishly.
She couldn't help but chuckle a little at that. ”That… Umm, that's interesting. Unfortunate… but interesting.” she noted. ”I guess all powers have a drawback of some kind.”
"Yeah. I mean, think about it. If I could heal myself, I'd be basically invincible." He laughed faintly.
She nodded with a small laugh. ”And a huge problem for me and the authorities.” she agreed.
He hummed softly. "You mean I'm not already?" He asked teasingly.
She held back another laugh. ”Fiiiine… A bigger problem than you already are.” she amended, playfully annoyed.
He laughed, kissing her cheek. "Good."
