Paige leaned back. "Fine. Don't say I warned you." She shivered at the thought of someone else having to experience what she and Zanna just did.
(she might have slight PTSD from Reid…)

"Then have at him," Zanna smiled wickedly at the girl.

Vaughn gave a sharp huff. “I never said..” he started, but trailed off, deciding it wasn’t worth it. He glanced over at Paige. He recognized that look on her face, he used to hold the same expression. He pushed up, slipping into an empty seat beside her. “Just ignore him,” he murmured.

She smiled at Vaughn. "If you ever want a turn, come find me. I do love such a delectable male such as yourself." She sat back down in her seat.

Paige nodded, looking over at Vaughn. "I'm trying. He just keeps…coming back." She sighed. "I'm not even scared of what happened, but rather what might happen."

Vaughn shook his head in Phoebe’s direction. He wasn’t the type to go sleep around with anyone. He guessed that he could identify as demisexual. He always had to form an emotional, trusting bond with someone before he even considered romantic attraction. “We’ll just have to keep beating him back again, then,” he said in a quiet tone.

Zanna sat back down in her seat. Memories of her old home flashed through her mind, The things I don't tell Susan. Have to add this one to the list.

Paige smiled at him, for once feeling like she could trust someone fully. "Thanks Vaughn. I'll make sure to kick his butt next time."

Phoebe sent a sultry smile Ried's way, and then to the rest of the boy's in the room. She moved her chair to where Paige was sitting. "The trick is to not let him know you're scared. Just keep your head high and slid on your resting bitch face. Show him you're not to be messed with."

Paige glared at Phoebe, standing up. "I don't need your help." She turned to the teacher and excused herself from the classroom, letting the door shut behind her.

Vaughn gave a very faint hint of a smile, the corners of his lips barely twitching up before going emotionless again. “Good,” he commented before looking over at Phoebe. He gave a hum and nodded his head. “Men do tend to be more submissive around powerful seeming women.”

She rolled her eyes. "Just trying to help." She muttered. She moved back to her desk.

Artemis watched it all. Reid reminded her of her dad.

(You know what, now that I think about it, if Phoebe tamed Reid, they would make a cute couple.)

(LET the ship begin.)

The bell that signaled the end of class finally rang. Though they had only been in class for an hour, it felt like a lifetime. Well, get used to it, because that's how all your classes are going to go. :)

Zanna sighed in relief and got out her seat.
