"This is ridiculous!" Elijah yelled at her. "You can't just drag us here and make us train for something. I've seen enough death in my life, I don't need this as well!"

"I um…errr" She was speechless.

"Estel," Liliana said, a tranquillizing dart, aiming at Elijah. "Pick now,"

Elijah froze. The last time he had had any type of gun aimed at him, two of his best friends had died. "Excuse me?"

"I said, Pick now," She said,

"And if I don't?" He responed coldly. One the outside he seemed fine, but internally he was freaking out.

"Well, I guess these people will be missing you," Lili's face set.

Saffi stepped in front of him. "You don't force people to do anything"

"But, I chose you all because I think out of the whole world you guys make the best team," She said. "I'm just asking if you would like to help save the world with me,"

"Tell us exactly what we have to do. Now."

Elijah didn't look away from Liliana. "Obviously," he said, his head tilting towards the gun, "you're not asking."

"Shhh." Saffi smacked the gun out of Liliana's hand. "Answer. My. Question."

Angie was ashtonished, "Fine! I'll join"

Saffi suddenly collapses, hitting her head hard against the floor.

Elijah's eyes widened. He dropped down next to her and felt for a pulse. C'mon, C'mon, he thought, trying not to show how panicked he was. Finally, he found a pluse.

She gasped. "Wha…?"

"What just happened?" He asked, alarmed. "Are you alright?" He winced when he asked the question, because he knew people always lied.

"N-No…I don't..I…"

He just stood there, quiet, arms crossed, and leaning against a wall.

"I'll let you all have a moment to yourselves," Liliana said leaving the room, locking the doors,

"Um…" She tried to get up, stumbling a few times but finally succeeding.

"You okay?"He said to the girl that was stumbling.

"I..er… I am now," she replied. She was leaning against a wall trying to catch her breath.

"Okay."

She was suddenly annoyed. "You've been quiet this whole time, what do you think."

"About this place? Terrible, and deserves to burn."

"Good to know…remind me to never let you near fire." She laughed softly.

Elijah looked at the rest of them. "We're going to die, aren't we?" He asked, with no real emotion in his voice.

"Well, you should at least let me get near fire, after we're all out."He chuckled softly
