"I know what you mean," Halm mumbled. "A nap wouldn't be so bad, would it?"

"Mm… hopefully not." Nix yawned and closed his eyes, curling his tail up around himself.

Halm held his grip on Nix loosen, and he yawned. He rubbed Nix's head as he fell asleep, drifting off slowly.

Nix drifted off soon after, going limp in Halm's arms. His ears drooped a bit as he slept.

Halm woke up first, as was expected. He looked down at Nix, managing a smile. Nix was cute, sleeping like this. Zachary was the next to awake. He wasn't sure when he had fallen asleep, exactly, but it had helped.

Nix had his tongue stuck out a bit as he slept, purring quietly in content. He didn't seem like he was going to wake up for a while. Cas was fast asleep as well, clinging tightly to Zachary in his sleep.

Halm held Nix gently, smiling. He bent down, resting his head on Nix's a moment. Zachary gently rubbed Cas's back. Even in his sleep he was clinging so tightly to Zachary.

Nix purred happily and nuzzled against Halm, the tip of his tail twitching. Cas relaxed a little bit at Zachary's touch and sighed, stirring a bit.

Halm chuckled softly. Nix was so affectionate. He rubbed Nix's back, smiling. Zachary looked down when Cas relaxed and stirred, carefully shifting. He had both arms around Cas again, holding him gently.

Nix shifted around in Halm's lap until he was sprawled across the God's legs on his back, still purring quietly to himself. Cas settled back down soon and relaxed in Zachary's arms.

Halm smiled again. He gently put his hands on Nix, scratching his head lightly. He really was still a cat. Not that that was bad. Zachary smiled softly when Cas relaxed, rubbing his back still. He hummed a little, a tune he had picked up long ago.

Nix stretched his arms up above his head and yawned, flattening his ears back against his head. His tail flicked back and forth as he enjoyed the attention. Cas relaxed further when Zachary began humming and smiled softly in his sleep.

Halm chuckled softly.
"Absolutely adorable," he mumbled. "And spoiled."
Zachary was so happy when Cas smiled in his sleep. He closed his eyes a moment.

Nix nuzzled up against Halm's hand, purring loudly. His ears twitched a bit as he huddled close. Cas shifted around again to get comfortable.

Halm pet Nix for a while, but eventually he had to get up.
"Nix," he said gently. He moved Nix off of his lap carefully. "I need to make food."

Nix whined loudly in protest, opening his eyes and looking up at Halm with an obvious pout. "But we're having fuuuun…" He whined.

"I know," Halm said, patting Nix's head. "And I'll go right back to spoiling you, just after I make the food." He chuckled a little.

Nix huffed and curled up into a ball on the couch, running his fingers through his hair to groom himself in a way. "Fiiiine…"

Halm chuckled again, heading to the kitchen. The food he made was simple, just sandwiches for everyone. He took two plates to his bedroom, though he saw no reason to give Zachary any food. He left the plates in the table, leaving without a word. He came back to the couch, sitting down and offering Nix's plate to him.

"Mmm… thanks. Attention now?" Nix crawled back into Halm's lap and took a bite of his sandwich, purring softly as he looked up at the God.

"Yes, attention now," Halm said, laughing lightly. He started rubbing Nix's head, grinning a little as he ate. He was glad he had made something Nix could eat on his own.

Nix closed his eyes and purred when Halm started petting him, continuing to eat his sandwich. He turned his ears back and curled his tail up in content.

Halm chuckled a little, paying more attention to Nix at this point than his food.
"You truly are spoiled," he teased lightly.

"Mhmm~…" Nix nuzzled up against Halm, purring happily as he was showered in attention. "That feels nice~…" He purred.

Halm held Nix close, grinning. He let his hands find all the spots Nix seemed to enjoy being scratched the most.
"I'm glad it does~" he said lightly.

Nix purred louder, huddling close to Halm and pushing his head into the god's hand. "Mmmmm…"

Halm smiled, scratching behind Nix's ears.
"You know, you're adorable when you act like this."

"Mmmm… I'm always adorable. It's kind of my thing." Nix swished his tail back and forth, still purring loudly.

Halm laughed.
"Yes, it really is." Halm grinned, scratching under Nix's chin.

Nix tilted his head up to give Halm more room, grinning as he kept purring. He was clearly enjoying the attention.
