No and yes.
Satan doesn't live in hell. He doesn't want to go there. He's scared of hell but knows he's going to end up there so he want's to drag everyone there.
Basically the damned sinners go there, but the theology on hell can get a lot more complicated than that.

The actual description of hell is a little foggy (at least in my opinion) so it's hard to tell what it would actually be like
It's clear that it's a place of suffering because it's a place that's separated from God
So there's no good there

There's also the possibility that hell and heaven are the same place but that the glory of God permeates it, bringing eternal joy to those who follow him and eternal pain to those who reject him.

And that's why God created teenagers, to show humanity what it's like to have a creation that pretends you don't exist" and I think about that a lot. If Satan was young, maybe he didn't know any better
but i'm also big tired right now so just ignore my rambling

I would say that Satan and Hell are very not poggers so I'd recommend like not doing that 👌👌

But Adam and Eve were teens probably. So that makes sense.

So where are you, religion wise?

Uhh basically I attend church every week (online atm because Corona) and go to a private Christian school where there's a Bible class
My personal connection with God or whatever isn't super close since that's not really my think, but I know a lot of the general information
As for personal godly experiences or whatever, I can't help you
I could only explain logically why it makes the most sense for there to be some sort of creator, and why the Bible is reliable, and all that good shit from school units
