Diana explored, somehow making it to the edges of the city, her eyes wide with wonder at the sight of a large winding river. She had a sneaking suspicion that someone was following her, so she went to the edges of the cities where it was less crowded, but she had to admit, seeing the city and now this… It was all a truly breathtaking experience.
Spell was able to keep up with Diana, since she knew the city better. Raven trailed not too far behind. She knew Diana was trying to avoid her.
"If your trying to avoid someone," Raven said as she caught up to her. "You shouldn't go somewhere that is less crowded."
She hummed as she heard the woman behind her. "What's the fun in that." She coos, humming as she looks over the river. She removes her hood and sighed as she gazed out at the sun. "What makes me curious is to have someone trailing me as I explore. It can become quite the nuisance."
"I admire your curiosity," Raven said as she looked out at the river. "But getting mugged or worse could put an abrupt end to your fun." She admitted.
Spell had curled around Raven's leg, and looked like she was about to doze off.
Diana chuckles quietly. "Mugged, huh? You really don't know who I am, do you?" She wouldn't be surprised. She removed her cloak slowly. She was well muscled, holding a relaxed stance that could easily leap into action. "My name is Diana. And you?" She asks curiously.
"Not really." Raven said with a shrug. "You look like a noble though. Don't worry about the whole, mugging thing. I'd feel bad if I did it now." She said with a slight chuckle.
"People call me Raven." She said as she crossed her arms. "Diana is a beautiful name, though."
Diana chuckles. "Mugging would be a little troublesome." She hummed and gazed at the other, "However, I have a different proposition." She hums as she secures the cloak back around herself. "Would you like to take me on tour? I can pay you." She adjusts herself and smiled a bit.
"You're asking the person when admitted they were going to steal from you for a tour of the city?" Raven asked, raising an eyebrow. "Alright. I guess I shouldn't be to worried. You look like you could snap a person in half." She chuckled, gesturing to Diana's build compared to her scranny one.
"What parts of the city do you want to see?"
"I'll pay you more than you could smuggle." She chuckles and adjusts herself. "Well. Seeing as I've never seen much of the city, why don't you show me around? You could show me your favorite places." She hummed happily and dropped a few golden coins in Raven's hands, "A down payment." She smiles at the other.
Raven stared at the coins Diana held out. "Alright, but my favorite places art exactly high class." She warned as she excepted the coins. "I'll try to avoid the places that get you in trouble, as well." She said with a wink.
"Are you from out of town then?"
She chuckles. "Sounds like an adventure." She replies softly, placing her hands back in the cloaks pockets. "I like a little adventure now and then." She hummed as she turned her attention to Raven. "You could say that I'm not from around this area…" She chuckles and rubs her head.
Raven waved for Diana to follow her and began to wander off down a street. "A little bit of adventure can be good for you!" She said with a smile, stopping a minute so Spell could transfer from her leg to her hand.
"Where are you from then?" Raven asked as she let Spell wrap herself around her neck.
She chuckles. "Adventure is just the thing I needed." She replies softly. She looked genuinely amused. She followed after the woman, humming to herself. She blinks a few times at the question. "Where I'm from doesn't really matter. What matters is where I am going." she hummed as she looks around. She was on her toes despite the tour guide.
"I suppose you're right." Raven shrugged. "How does going to a bar sound?" She questioned. "If not, then I can show you a birds eye view of the city." She rattled off as they walked.
She perked a bit before smiling. "I'd love to see the more… exciting places." She hummed as she walked beside the other, her eyes eagerly taking in the sight of the towns. She was very eager to learn of this place.
Raven chuckled. "If you wanted to go to a brothel, you could of just asked." She teased as she turned down a downward sloped street.
"Brothel?" She asks curiously, confusion passing over her face. "What's a brothel?" She had no idea what that was, humming as she followed over at the other.
Raven abruptly stopped and turned around to look at Diana. "You…don't know what a brothel is?" She asked. "Either your bluffing or you are extremely naive."
"Either that or I've been locked away for quite some time." She snorts to herself before gazing at the woman, "Would you be surprised by the information that I haven't been out in the city since I was a child?"
(Sorry I dropped off the face of notebook. I got busy.)
"What? Why?" Raven asked, a confused expression. "How rich are you? Well, I'm assuming that is, you have servents to run your errands for you."
She hummed as she chuckles quietly. "More like I was in an extremely guarded family." She couldn't give off the fact that she was royalty, otherwise the guards might as well take her back now. She was well trained in combat so she wasn't worried about ruffians. Maybe her father, but that was besides the point.
"Well I could understand having an overprotective family but not letting you out? Not even around the safer parts of town?" Raven said. "What about with a servent or someone else?"
"Unlikely. My parents are very sheltered. The risk of something happening to their eldest daughter was not a risk they were willing to take." She rolled her eyes and sighed quietly. She understood her parents worry but she was capable of kicking ass if she needed to.
