She stormed over to him, brandishing her knife.
"Get out."

Eve turned back.
"Because this is a pack. Do you want to be here or not?"

“Oh! I’m so scared!” Samuel said sarcastically and glared at her, “You aren’t scaring anyone, doll.”

"Fine, it's Zora."

She jabbed the knife into his left arm, twisting it.
"Try it again, I'll have you dead where you stand."

"Good, Zora. So when did you get here?" she said cooly.

"Two, three years ago? Don't know, lost track."She was picking her fingers with her dagger

Samuel hissed in pain, but it wasn’t the worst that had happened. He secretly unsheathed his own and stabbed the girls forearm, “You aren’t the only one with a knife.”

"Sure you did. I've been here for four, bub. Haven't seen you around."

Black blood oozed from her arm.
"Jesus fuck."

"Well, don't like talking to people a lot, so maybe that's the reason you haven't seen me around."

"Sure. We're going hunting tonight, you two better be ready to go."

Samuel pulled his knife from her arm and wiped in on his hoodie before sheathing it. He pulled the knife out from his own arm, “Look, doll, leave me alone and we won’t have any trouble,” he glared.

"Hope you have your weapon's ready. I'm bringing my bat."

"Then find a new pack if you don't want to talk."

"Fine, I'm already ready."

"Great. We're leaving in two hours, bitches."

"I'm not the bitch, here."

"Don't give a fuck. Get ready."

“I just don’t want to talk to you,” he growled and sat at the table.

The apartment was small, only two rooms. Its walls were peeled and cracking, and the only furniture was a rickety table with a couple chairs and a torn couch.

"Neither do I."She was still very bored, so she started tossing her dagger and catching it.
