Name: Oliver Locke

Age: (anything under 15. If you have a young character though I'd recommend also having an older character or at least having the character be 7+) 14
Appearance: Short, with curly light brown hair and hazel eyes. His face is covered in freckles. He usually wears large hoodies and boots.
Personality: Quiet, kind of shy and closed off, but once you get to know him he's annoying and sweet, and pretty sarcastic too.
Backstory: (Optional but I'd put at least living situation before the adults disappeared.) He didn't have the best home life, his parents were never home and he was basically raised by his two older brothers, who dissappeared with all the adults as they were over 15. He never knew much of a loving family.
Powers/mutation: (Say none if they don't have any)Fire. He can spew fire out of his hands, and it can get a little out of control when he's angry or scared.
Other:

It was a Friday afternoon when it all began. Finn was sitting in his math class trying not to drone off as the teacher went over every long question on the homework. He wrote down some notes but then got distracted thinking about the game after school. When he looked up the teacher was gone. He assumed he must have just left the room. He looked around to try to see if anyone had been paying attention.

Jax was sitting in the 6th grade English classroom, trying to stay focused on the board. She put her head on the desk, and when she looked back up, the teacher was gone. She looked around the room, panicked. If the teacher left the room, she would have heard him.
"What… just happened?"

Oliver was sitting across the math class from Finn, his knees brought up to his chest. He was drawing in his notebook when he realized…the teacher was gone. What? Where did he go? Oliver didn't see him step out of the room. He glanced around the room, where people started murmuring to each other a little. "Uh, where did he go?" Oliver asked to, well, pretty much anyone. He just wanted to make sure he wasn't just being stupid and not paying attention when the teacher left the room.

Finn heard him and looked over. "I have no clue? Did you see him leave?" He asked. He glanced around to see if anyone else knew anything.

Samuel sat at the back of the class, and he was, purely by chance, looking at the math teacher. The dude disappeared. At first, he thought it was a joke and blinked at it, rubbing his eyes. But when it became apparent he wasn't hallucinating, he glanced around and then stood up, taking a peek outside the door. Other kids were poking their heads out of different doorways too, and he frowned in confusion.

"I-I don't think so," Oliver murmured, getting up and peeking outside, seeing the other kids peeking out too. "But that doesn't make sense, he has to have left, he couldn't have just disappeared.."

Finn stood up and walked to the door leading to the hallway. He opened it seeing a few other kids wandering around but no teachers. He looked back into the room. "I don't see him or any other teachers. Somethings going on," he said biting his cheek slightly.

Lilly blinked, She was gone. She looked around the classroom at the other confused young faces. She went out in the hall peeking into the other classrooms. seeing similar expressions of confusion. "Where did they all go?" She wondered aloud.

"Where's the teacher?" Jax wandered out of the classroom, looking into the others. No teachers to be found. "What happened to all the adults?"

The school was both middle school and high school. There was a crash outside. A car hit the side of the school. The driver had disappeared luckily no one else was in the car. Finn ran to the window and looked outside.

Oliver heard the crash and went over to the window. "Oh my god," he said as he saw the car, the front of it completely smashed. It looked like it would kill whoever was on the front seat, if there was anyone. The car started smoking.

Jackson would walk into the 7th grade, late as always. He saw the class in panic mode and stopped. He saw that the teacher wasnt there. The teacher was always there. "He'd go to his seat and look outside. "Holy..What happened..? The teacher is never late…" He'd look at the other students with confusion. "Huh…" He'd cough.

Finn backed up from the window. "I'm going to go make sure everyone's okay," He said rushing out of the classroom. he went downstairs running past confused kids.

"Okay-" Oliver glanced around, not really sure what to do. He went over to the whiteboard, realizing that the marker and eraser that the teacher had been holding before disappearing were on the floor. Most kids didn't know what to do, and some has pulled out their phones, so Oliver did the same. There was no service, and even after trying to call 911, it still didn't work. You can always call 911 even without service, can't you? Oliver was shaking a bit as he shoved his phone back into his pocket.

Jackson gazed threw the hallways. I gatta call mom.. He thought. He took out his phone and dialed the number- no answer. Jackson started to panic. His mother always picked up and if she didn't, something was most definitely wrong. He'd call his father as well-no answer. He'd look at his phone and then it blinked "No Connection! No Connection!" Jackson would bit his lip. This never happened before. He was scared. He'd look around and see a boy in his class. "Lenny! Can i borrow your phone!?" He called over to him. Lenny agreed. He'd take the phone and call but still got no answer. He'd gave up, extremely worried about his parents.

"What's happening?" Jax was pacing the halls. "What's gonna happen to my dad? I gotta call him!" She pulled out her phone and tried to call her father. Nothing. Tears welled up in Jax's eyes, but she wiped the away with her sleeve.

(When does the Dome come down exactly?)
(Oh sorry should of explained. As soon as the adults disappear but you can’t see it since the top is clear. Only the walls aren’t for now at least. they won’t see the dome unless they get close to it)

Finn went outside and checked on the car. It was smoking and none seemed to be inside. He looked around to see if maybe the driver crawled out but nope there was no one. He pulled out his phone and tried to call his dad. No answer. Then he tried to day care his sister was at. No answer.

Lilly found herself wandering out side, walking aimlessly through the streets. There were car's every where some just stopped other's smoking in heaps of metal and plastic. It didn;t take long for the young girl to get lost. Tears welled up in her eye's, she wiped them away furiously. "It will be ok, Any moment Mommy is going to come home from work and she'll look for me." She tripped over her untied shoe laces, what was previously a few tears slipping down her cheeks became hundreds. She gulped gasping for air holding back howls of pain and fear, "Mom-m-my Is G-Going, To-o Find Me-e." She stammered standing up her knees now bloodied. She had wondered to a strange big building, there was a crashed car right in front. There was a boy in front of crash, he looked a lot older than her, practically and adult. (She is talking about Finn)
