"Noooo!" Melissa said quickly, leaning down. Tilting his chin up, she pouted down at him. "Don't leave me… please~"
"Noooo!" Melissa said quickly, leaning down. Tilting his chin up, she pouted down at him. "Don't leave me… please~"
Lucas sighed and pulled her down to kiss her. "I suppose I'll stay. But only on one condition~"
Kissing his lips a few times, she nodded softly. “I’ll do practically anything. What’s your wish?”
"Mostly just kisses, to be honest." Lucas shrugged and returned the kisses, smiling softly. He seemed to be in good spirits.
"Is that all?" Melissa asked with a light laugh. "Well, I think I can muster up that ability."
"That's good for me, then." Lucas grinned, kissing Melissa again. "I love you~" He purred.
Smiling back, she leaned back just a bit. "And I love you. Though we should probably get down before one of us gets hurt."
"Probably so." Lucas kissed Melissa once more before carefully lowering himself down to the ground.
Once he was down on the ground, she made her own way down right besides him. "You know… this whole scene is like from a fairytale. Now all we need is you in an old Victorian suit, and me in some pretty dress."
Lucas flushed lightly and rolled his eyes, still grinning. "I'm not sure where we'd find those, but I think you look just lovely in your normal clothes, Mel."
Her own face turn pink, she came up and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Thank you, but sometimes a girl needs to wear a pretty dress to feel like a princess. Maybe not always, but every once in awhile."
"If you don't feel like a princess, I'm clearly not doing a good enough job." Lucas wrapped his arms around Melissa's waist and twirled her a bit.
Laughing lightly as he twirled her, she held on tighter. "You're doing a fine job. I promise you that much." Melissa hummed, pressing a soft kiss to his lips.
Lucas returned the kiss and smiled softly. "If there's ever anything I can do to make you happy, let me know, okay?"
"You're doing it, Lu. You're here with me. That's all I need to be happy." Melissa insisted, pulling back so she could pull him along. "But the same goes for you. Tell me if there's anything I can do."
Lucas smiled a bit brighter and allowed Melissa to drag him. "Of course, Mel. You know how much I hate asking for things, but I'll try my best."
Melissa smiled back, glancing up at the sky. "We've still got some sunlight left. What do we wanna do?"
"I dunno, love. Can't fall asleep again or we'll be here all night." Lucas hummed softly to himself as he looked around.
Melissa laughed lightly, pausing in her walk. "Yeah… that would be a problem. We could always just walk." She offered in a soft tone, gently pulling him closer.
"Sounds good to me, Mel." Lucas laced his fingers with Melissa's and kissed her softly on the cheek.
“Mm, yay.” Melissa chirped, leaning in to his kiss. “Why don’t you lead… I’d much prefer to follow you.”
"Alrighty, Mel." Lucas smiled softly and led her along. "Are we going home or just walking around the park?"
“Just around the park? For a little bit at least.” Melissa hummed, keeping a hold on his hand. “I don’t really care, either way.”
"Alright." Lucas turned into the main part of the park. "It's been a long time since I've come here and not gone to the clearing."
"Well, technically we did go to the clearing." Melissa hummed, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek. "We're just walking around the park, now."
"Well, I worded that poorly… it's been a long time since I've come here and gone somewhere other than the clearing."
Melissa snickered, resting her head on his shoulder. "I knew what you meant. I was just teasing you."
"Oh, right… I knew that." Lucas laughed nervously and blushed a bit.
"Don't worry about it, handsome." She chirped, relaxing a bit with a soft smile. "I don't really care."
Lucas flushed harder and looked away. "Y-Yeah, I… uh… cool." He tightened his grip on her hand a bit.
