"Well, then we'll do that in a few minutes." Melissa hummed, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. "For now, I like just getting to be close to you."
"Well, then we'll do that in a few minutes." Melissa hummed, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. "For now, I like just getting to be close to you."
"Mmkay, darling…" Lucas returned the kiss and sighed happily, keeping his eyes closed for now.
Smiling at the nickname, she leaned back in to the tree. It was nice just getting to be close to him, without worrying about getting in trouble. She didn't want to think about what her mother would say about this.
Lucas seemed quite close to dozing off. He was always tired and this place never failed to relax him, so he tended to find himself growing drowsy.
Watching his face soften, she felt herself grow oddly tired. She had slept perfectly fine, so why she was so tired all of a sudden was a mystery. Maybe it was just a chain reaction, because he was so tired…
Lucas soon drifted off into a light sleep, a soft smile still on his face. He seemed to be comfortable and content for now.
After a few more minutes, Melissa had also drifted off into a light sleep. With them both asleep, there wasn't anything to disturb them despite their dreams. It could be hours that they laid here together.
(I'm assuming we're going to skip?)
(Sure lol)
Lucas eventually awoke again, but he couldn't tell what time it is. He yawned and shook Melissa gently. "Mel?"
Whining a bit, she weakly swatted away his arm. "Nooo… not now…" Melissa groaned, adjusting her position so she was curled away from him.
Lucas sighed and looked up at the sky to try and figure out what time it was before remembering that he could check on his phone. He shook Melissa again. "Mel, we've been asleep for hours."
"Noooo…" Melissa whined again, looking over to him with a sleepy haze. "Why do we have to get uppp..?" She asked groggily, trying to reach out and pet him.
"Because we've been sleeping for hours." Lucas repeated, relaxing again when Melissa started petting him.
Melissa pouted, turning to face him. "What's wrong with that?" She asked softly. Sitting up a bit, she leaned in resting her forehead against his.
"Well, if we fall back asleep, it might be dark before we wake up again." Lucas explained, gently kissing Melissa.
Sighing weakly, she nodded a bit before leaning in to the kiss. "Fine… I'll get up." Melissa mumbled pulling back. She pulled a smile up on her lips, still looking hazy from sleep.
Lucas whined softly when Melissa pulled away, pulling her back in for another kiss once she'd sat up.
Snickering just slightly, Melissa cupped both of his cheeks as she leaned in. "Mmm, I like this." She hummed softly.
"Mhmm…" Lucas pulled Melissa a bit closer and sighed happily, kissing her again.
Melissa savored the kiss for a moment, before pulling her lips back. "Why so lovey dovey?" She asked softly, still holding on to him.
Lucas shrugged. "I'm kinda clingy when I'm tired, apparently. I'll stop if you want me to, though…"
"Oh, no, no, no. I like this a lot." Melissa hummed, leaning back in for another kiss. "Like, a lot, a lot."
Lucas smiled softly and returned the kisses, holding Melissa close to himself. "I love you, Mel…" He murmured.
Mirroring his smile, she rested her head on his chest with a soft sigh. "Love you too, more then I can explain through words."
Lucas rested his head on top of Melissa's and hugged her tightly. "I don't think I realized how touch starved I was." He laughed weakly.
"I'm more then happy to hold you whenever. You just have to ask." Melissa told him, looking up at him with a sweet smile. This was nice, and something she would love to always do.
Lucas nodded and rested his head on Melissa's shoulder, clinging to her for dear life. "Thank you for loving me…"
Melissa nodded, giving him a gentle hug. "Of course. I've always loved you." She whispered while petting his head. "And I promise that won't ever change."
"Thanks, Mel…" Lucas kissed Melissa's cheek softly. "I promise you the same, my darling."
"With that established," Melissa hummed, pulling back so she could stand. "Why don't we play that game?" She asked holding a hand down to him.
"Alright, Mel." Lucas took Melissa's hand and allowed her to help him up. "What game are you wanting to play?"
