Marie raised a brow before catching the flame. "Not bad."

"why do you hate me so much what did I do to you?" She asked

Marie rolled her eyes. "Where do I begin? First, you stole my, almost, fiance. You killed me. Then because of you, I got branded to work for that vile ex of yours." she listed off. "This, though, isn't personal. I'm just doing someone else a favor."

" I wasn't keeping Lysander from you he could've gone back to you in fact I thought he would but he choose me over you" she said

"Not if I was swallowing Vervain." Lysander said firmly, standing beside his wife. "You nearly killed me, Marie. If it wasn't for my brother, I wouldn't be here right now. I stopped loving you a long time ago and nothing can change that or take me away from Betty." he promised.

Marie's glare deepened at Lysander's speech.

" don't you see Marie he loved you no doubt but he loves me now and he'll never love you our love is simply stronger than yours so stop pinning after something you will never have" she said

"I just told you, I'm not here for him this time!" Marie pointed out annoyed. "I'm here because my "Uncle" wants to know why you won't stay dead! You've cheated him multiple times now and he gets extremely ticked when anyone cheats him once."

"because people bring me back…why don't we send him a message" she said holding up her hand making her choke

Marie gasped slightly as her breathing was cut off. Honestly, this wasn't the first time but it never got easier. Trying to get free, she gripped Betty's arm and summoned her black fire again.

She used her super speed and with one quick motion she had her heart in her hands like rumplestilskin' had done to Betty

Lysander stared in shocked surprise at seeing Betty use that technique while Marie was a bit more scared.

"Where… where did you learn how to do that?" Marie choked out.

" my secrets are my own now your going to leave and never return" she said

Marie glared at her but couldn't exactly say no when Betty was holding her heart in her hand. ”F… fine.”

"oh and I'll be keeping this" she said

Marie smirked a little. ”I can respect that. Not happy about it but I respect it.”

”Let go of my throat and I will.” Marie pointed out.

She waved her hand releasing her hold on her throat

Marie took a deep breath to calm down before nodding and leaving.

Betty stumbled back from weakness

Lysander quickly placed his free arm against her back to prevent her from falling. ”Are… Are you alright, love?”

she nodded waving her hand her heart disappearing

”Here. Let's get you back into bed.” he suggested, already carefully leading her there.

Victoria stared softly whimpering as she curled against Lysander.

she grunted as she layed back down

He was very gentle as he helped her. ”Do you need anything?”

Laura-Beth crawled next to her in worry.

she shook her head closing her eyes

“Ok.” he acknowledged softly, sitting on the edge of the bed and gently rocking Victoria to help calm her down.
