Payton giggled, letting the nurse check up on him one more time. They were allowed to leave and he stood, taking Kyle’s hand again and walking with him out to his car. “Coffee~” He hummed happily.

"That's what we agreed on!" Kyle grinned. "You should drive. I'm still a little light headed."

“I will. Are you up for going to school tomorrow?” He asked, getting into the car and starting it.

Kyle got into the car as well, closing the door after. "Yeah, I'm fine with going to school. Why wouldn't I be?" Kyle grinned. I knew he would treat me differently.

“Just asking. Don’t think about it.” Payton reassured him, resting his hand on Kyle’s knee as they drove to get coffee. “In that case, we’ll get coffee, see Lily, and then do homework.”

Kyle nodded. "Lily will confess." He said in a determined voice.

Payton laughed and shook his head. “Don’t say it like that! You sound so creepy!” He ordered their coffee and glanced over at Kyle with a grin. I’m glad he’s still mine..

Kyle laughed. "I do not! I'm just being a good older brother." Kyle put on his fake smile and fake personality, like he always did.

“The best older brother.” Payton agreed, handing his drink to Kyle and continuing to drive home. “I’m glad I got you back.” He said quietly, looking ahead of him.

Kyle smiled and drank a bit of his coffee. "I couldn't live a day without you." Kyle kissed his softly before going back to his drink.

Payton grinned and parked the car once they got home. He had told his parents not to mention what had happened to Kyle but he was still nervous. Lily didn’t know though and she came running out of the house, excited that they were back.

"My little dragon!" Kyle laughed and keeled down to pick her up. "Did you miss me? I also have a question about your crush choices young lady.

Lily giggled and hugged him. “But you don’t know who it is!” She said, leaning over to Payton and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"That's where you're wrong I know who your crush is. He told me himself." Kyle walked in the house and looked at Payton's mother before giving a light smile, then bringing Lily outside.

“You know him?” Lily asked, glancing at him with a small grin, still hiding part of her face.

Payton went inside and hugged his mom tight, feeling his exhaustion from the day before crashing down on him. He felt his eyes filling with tears and tried holding them back.

"Lily you do know he likes boys right? He had a boyfriend as well and he loves his boyfriend very much. Besides it's illegal for you to be together. Sorry…" Kyle looked over at Payton. "Are you okay Payton?!" Kyle yelled.

(Payton’s inside sorry lol)

“He said he loves me..” Lily said quietly. “Do you think he’s lying?” She asked, looking up at him with sad eyes.

Payton’s mom comforted him for a couple minutes, giving him advice on what to do about what had happened.

(I know he was yelling to Payton from outside.)

"You know how I say I love you. It's the same type of love with him. It's brotherly love. I want you to know that I love you more than him. Do you love me more than him?" Kyle asked.

(Oh rip okay)

“No he loves me more!” She yelled, stomping away from Kyle and sitting down with her back facing him.

Payton glanced outside, watching Kyle and Lily for a moment before thanking his mom and going upstairs to his room. The acceptance email was still open on his computer and he sat down, scrolling through the email and distracting himself by thinking about college.

Kyle captured Lily in his arms. "I've been with you the longest. Like I said you won't be able to be with him because he's to old. Payton, you mother, and I love you more than anyone in this world. No one can top that. Our love for you will always be above everyone else. Got it?" he asked tickling her stomach.

Lily squirmed and held back a giggle. “But I love him!” She cried, flopping over on the grass.

Kyle laid down next Lily. “But he doesn’t like you that way because he already has someone special in his life, like I have Payton.”

“I don’t care! He loves me and I love him!” She pouted, tugging at the grass and glaring down at it.

“But did I mention he can get arrested and put away for a very long time if he’s with you. Then you’ll never get to see me again. I know you wouldn’t want that.” Kyle got up. “I’m going to find Payton. I’ll be right back.” Kyle walked up the stairs to his bedroom and leaned on the doorway. He knocked on the wall to get his attention.

Lily ran inside, saying something about being hungry.
Payton had passed out at his desk, slumped over on his computer which was still open to the same website. His eyes were still a bit red around the edges from crying earlier.

Kyle smiled a bit and then looked at his computer. “Why can’t we we just take a break from college…” he whispered and picked Payton up. He brand him to the bed and sat down at the end. Kyle let his face drop. “I wish you didn’t know. I wish I could turn back time and never did what I did. Maybe if I didn’t cut so deep everything would be fine…but now it’s not.”

Payton hummed softly in his sleep and snuggled close to Kyle, all his worries about their current situation lost as he slept peacefully.

Kyle smiled and placed and hand on his cheek. Kyle kissed him softly before laying down with him. “Get up! Dinner will be ready soon!” He yelled in his ear.

Payton yelped and woke up suddenly when Kyle yelled, groaning a second later and rolling over. "Shut up and let me sleep.." He muttered, pulling the blanket over himself and closing his eyes again.

Kyle rolled Payton over. He got on top of him and started to tickle his stomach. “Get up!”
