I think that you have your characters set as private instead of public.

Go to your characters page, click/press the little triangle thing, and then switch from private to public. Unfortunately I don't know how to do it to all of them all at the same time (if that's even possible on here).

I'm not exactly sure on how to properly critique your characters without reading the story itself. It helps me have a better understanding if I can see how they act in different situations…. That being said, I do think that all of their personalities, in regards to their prejudices, are a little too similar. Perhaps you should either change some of them, or add onto some of them. I'm also gonna suggest that you look up different hairstyles and body types. You should also probably give some of them some visible scars, tattoos, etc as identifying marks to further diffrintiate them. I hope that my advice helps! :-)
