I am genuinely sorry for what I did today. It was completely uncalled for. I do not blame my mental state for the things I said, however I acknowledge that it may have played a part in me being so unnecessarily harsh. I don’t expect anyone to forgive me, nor do I really want any forgiveness because I know how far across the line I stepped. Miriam, I respect your privacy and I won’t ever forgive myself for making you feel unsafe in any way shape or form.

That’s all I really wanted to say, I don’t expect anyone to accept it or believe it, but I am very sorry.
