Killian smiled, and moved one hand to support her.

Jade smiled and kissed him again.

Killian kissed her back, smiling softly.

”I love you.” she whispered against his lips.

He took a deep breath.

She pulled back a little and looked at him through half-lidded eyes.

He opened his eyes, looking at her.

She blushed and gave him a soft smile.

He smiled back.

”I was never sure I’d actually say that to someone since I became a hero.” she admitted gently, meaning to reassure him and not pressure him.
