To many schools (and sports stuff) are being shut down for a virus that isn’t that deadly, people are making a big deal about something so small and kids could be delayed from graduating

Hi. The flu has a .1% death rate, and corona's death rate went from 2% to 6% in less than a month (it's going to keep growing as we get more information and it spreads. It's been around since December, but we didn't know about it until February, and China isn't letting any information out.). We don't really know anything about it, and there's no vaccine, which makes it even worse. If schools are shutting down, it means that they think it's serious. Most schools are doing online classes as to not delay graduation.

That's what they're doing, and that's part of why they're saying it's a big deal. They would know. It's also really expensive to even get tested for it, which you have to pay for yourself. Insurance won't cover it.
