Something I find ironic about the education system is that everyone complains about lack of teacher pay but no one wants higher taxes.

Because we all hate being taxed to death. Especially if it's to receive government benefits that are mediocre at best.

I mean, yeah, don't get me wrong taxes suck - Me, a non-tax-payer.

Yeah I don't pay taxes yet either thank goodness.
