Megan yawned and stretched. When looked over at her sister. Autumn wasn't awake yet. Good. Megan was planning a surprise for her birthday tomorrow, and she needed all Of The time that she could get. She crept to the kitchen. Her parents weren't up yet either. Weird. Megan poured herself a glass of milk and took inventory of the pantry.

Margaret woke up suddenly and looked at her clock. Four AM. She sighed and flicked on her bedside light. There was no way she was going to get any more sleep, so she wrapped a blanket around herself and tiptoed downstairs, getting out a yogurt and sitting on the couch.
