She looked up at him in time to catch him in the act and blushed a little with a small smile.

Killian smiled a little bit.

Jade giggled a little as she went back to eating, though her face still held a pinkish tint.

He kept eating.

She continued to eat though she glanced back at him.

He kept eating as well.

She smiled a little at him and continued to eat.

He smiled back, and continued eating.

She giggled a little at his smile but let out a small sigh as the thought of her roommate popped into her head.

He raised an eyebrow. "You alright?"

She nodded. ”Yeah, I’m fine. Just thinking about what Sophie's going to say when I come home today.” she admitted.

He nodded. "Ah, right."

She chuckled a little. ”I think I’d rather get chewed out than the teasing she's going to unleash on me.”

Killian laughed a little bit. "Mhm." He replied with a smile.

Jade chuckled softly. ”She’ll probably try to take me to a bar or something to celebrate.” she said softly, a little embarrassed by the idea.

He smirked. "Hm. You should invite me." He replied with a smirk.

She chuckled and shook her head. ”If I do go, she’ll expect you to come too. But I’m probably going to go on patrol or something instead.”

He sighed. "You're boring." He replied with a laugh.

She raised a brow teasingly. ”How is dealing with criminals boring?” she asked. ”Anyway, I’d rather take a hit to my body than to my dignity.”

He shrugged a little. "I don't know, you tell me."

”Oh, right.” she chuckled, remembering that he didn't deal with criminals like she did. ”Well, honestly, it's not always boring depending on who it is. There are some that are… more routine than others.” she admitted with a small shrug.

He chuckled softly. "Mm. And what am I?" he raised an eyebrow flirtatiously.

She raised a brow as she looked at him. ”Well… It depends on the day.” she smirked. ”Somedays you are annoying but… Other days I look forward to seeing you. You usually keep me on my toes and you're familiar to me as well.”

He laughed a little bit. "Mhm, alright then."

She smiled at him as he accepted her answer. ”And how do you see me?” she asked.

He smiled back. "Uhm." he thought for a moment. "Not sure."

She laughed a little and shook her head. ”Let me know when you figure it out then.” she told him as she went back to eating.

Killian snorted. "Mm. Alright."

Jade raised a brow slightly at his short laugh but didn't ask, opting to continue eating instead.

Killian finished his food, and put his plate away.
