@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik paid attention to everything, eyes flashing around, the strange mismatched colors flashing in the light. He shivered a little bit, cold, and burrowed into the loose, too-big clothing.

@ElderGod-Carrots

He would have taken Nik out to the gardens yet it had started to snow and he didn't want to freeze the guy to death. He took Nik back to the library, one of the warmest parts of the castle.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik stayed snuggled into the clothing, still cold. He had been taken from summer to winter, and goddamnit he didn't like it. He didn't like any of this, really.

@ElderGod-Carrots

He headed over to one of the large fireplaces, offering Nik a seat close to the flames to warm him up. They'd have to go out soon, though wanted to make sure Nik was… well, kind of okay, first.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik sat down in the seat, snuggling into it and wrapping his arms around himself, silent. He was still trying to come to terms with…this. With being…here. Not on Earth.

Cas sighed, sitting across from Nik, "I get it's a lot to take in, and you can have as much time as you want to process everything." He was trying to be patient, something he wasn't the best at.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik gave a sharp nod. "Yeah. It's a fucking lot to take in." He replied, gazing at the fire. The light reflected off of his strange, mismatched eyes. He sighed softly.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Like I said, if you still hate it after a week I'll take you home, I'm a man of my word." Cas watched him. He knew the chances of hims staying were low, it was worth a shot.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik nodded again, still looking at the fire, frowning a little bit. "Alright." he almost said thank you, then bit back the words. Why should he fucking thank his kidnapper?

@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik shook his head a little bit. "I'm uhm…not that hungry." he replied, still looking at the fire. The shock of it all was still slowly sinking in.

@ElderGod-Carrots

“Right well, can I get you anything? Anything to make you feel slightly kore comfortable?” Maybe he wanted a friend or a book or… Cas didn’t really know.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik shrugged again, running a hand through his curly hair. "I-I…I don't know." He whispered, shaking his head a little bit and trying to process this. Don't cry don't cry don't cry.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Cas stood, careful still of boundaries as he moved and sat next to Nik, making sure there was still a decent amount of space between then, "If there's anything I can do to help you feel more comfortable then just let me know."

@ElderGod-Icefire

Nik shrugged his shoulders a little bit. "I don't think…" He shook his head. "I don't know." His voice was quiet. Subdued. He ran a hand through his hair, not looking at Cas.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Nikolai, I can't help make your stay here more comfortable if you don't let me know what, exactly you want." Cas said, scooting just a little closer.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Because even though I'm a dick and I well, kidnapped you, I still want to get to know you, help you figure this all out with the time you'll have here." He said, no hint of lies in his voice.
