Zero experience here, but maybe try keeping something on you that smells comforting for when you encounter the "bad" smells, like maybe a small bottle of scented essential oils?

What does it mean if your cramps are so bad it's kinda messing with your vision?
You're probably getting a migraine. I would suggest sleep and sleep.
Well I'm very sure I'm not pregnant so that's not a problem.
Also, chewing gum is one of the smells I hate so that's gonna be an issue. But it's weird because it's only very specific smells and most smells that bother other people don't bother me.
(I do get anxious easily though so I'm not ruling out that one.)
Okay. I have issues with this as well. I always like have a distracter smell, in my case vanilla, to use. If it's mint that's making you have episodes??? (I dunno man) use eucalyptus, or lavender, or rosemary. Or in my mom's case, she legit has a little spray bottle of febreeze that she sprays when she's having her episodes.

Thanks! I'll try it. (I do have this one necklace that you can put essential oils in so I could possibly start carrying that around so I don't have to just breathe into my shirt sleeve or my collar)
Also no, mint does not give me problems. So far my list is chewing gum, peanut butter, and yogurt.
I cannot stand the smell of eggs or cinnamon. I feel ya. Peanut butter kinda makes me cringe sooooo…
I'd be fine with not liking those things but the problem is my parents really like peanut butter, my brother loves yogurt, and people chew gum in my school a lot.
I can see where you're coming from with eggs. They can be kind of smelly.
Oh and I also have to do the dishes half the week and that smells absolutely terrible
Thanks for the tips!
No problem! Good luck!
circle bone on the side of my foot hurts
Ice, rest, and anti-inflammatory (advil, tylenol, whatever you prefer). If it's severe or doesn't get better, get it checked out. That's really all I can say with that little information.
ok tysm
Best things to ease cold symptoms without medicine? Also sleeping with a cold?!!? I’ve never figured it out. I’ve been told I need to take medicine but I’m a broke college student and cold medicine can get pricey.
Put a damp, warm rag over your nose, and lean over a sink. The waterworks will begin, and your sinuses will be much clearer
Oh yeah, that’s a thing I can do. I’ll do that before I go to class.
(Also I’m a whole fool and decided to take a random decongestant that I had last night and it made me feel better but it kept me awake all night)
Well that works too I guess
I keep having a horrible headache.
Like, really really bad.
It's almost every day and it's not from lack of sleep or my meds, I know that.
I'm not dehydrated.
It may be caused by hypertension, or stress. Where does it feel like it's at in your head? Like left side, right side, front, or back?
Behind my eyes, near the front of my head, and at my temples.
@UnseelieKing-FloridaMan
Do you wear glasses? That sounds like it could be caused by a vision problem. Both me and my mom had headaches in the same place you described and it was caused by the strain in our eyes from looking at computer screens and poor vision.
I do, but we went to the eye doctor and she said I shouldn't have any headaches relating to my vision.
Okay, so a tension headache is in that area, and so are cluster headaches. Tension headaches happen in the front of your head, above your eyes, and are caused bys stress, or fatigue. Cluster headaches are right behind your eyes, and can also relate to stress, and your sinuses. With cluster, one eye can feel worse than the other, but eventually, they'll even out. I hope it helps… I just have a bunch of useless knowledge trapped in my head about things…
I wouldn't say it's useless, it;s rather nice to know that.
Also, this may be totally irrelevant, but I get headaches like that when I'm hungry or just worked out and need food and water. I don't know why my body decides to tell me to eat and drink water like that instead of just getting thirsty or hungry, but it does anyway.
hhhhh is the back of my throat supposed to hurt??? like I legit can't fall asleep for too or being so annoying and hurting, but if it was rlly bad i wouldn't be asking u guys so don't worry. but like u know that feeling when u accidentally swallow a cough drop and ur chest hurts? well it's like my chest andmy throat, the back of it more specifically and ig sometimes parts of my stomach now too??? idk I can't sleep

OK so I had something very similar with the throat thing? Have you had a quick look in the back of your throat where you think it's hurting? I had a lot of pain in the back there literally a few days ago, and it would burn when I drank water.
I had a quick look to where I thought the pain was (something I hadn't done for the whole week my throat was sore) and discovered I had two-three ulcers. Luckily it's started to heal and I can drink and eat without pain.
I would definitely recommend going to a doctor if the pain persists for around a week. While it's true that some stuff disappears after a week (sore throat, sore ankle), it's definitely a good idea to at least get it checked out in case there is something worse there.
i don't think it's an ulcer, but it's def gone away now but thanks for offering your help
