"Well that's a lot, but I've got it all written down." Joanna mumbled as she ended her last sentence with a period. "Wanna take a look and tell me if I missed anything?" She asked tossing the paper and pen over to him.

She knew she had crossed the wrong line. "You're sure?" She asked attempting to soften her tone.

Joanna was struggling, she was trying not to get upset with him, but memories flooded her head whenever she looked to his eyes. Bad ones, the ones that were always there no matter what she did. She couldn't erase them, only wishing she could. But with his cold tone, it always ebbed her on. She wasn't sure how she felt about him most of the time. Some days she wanted to push him off a bridge, but other times she would watch him with his friends, a smile on his face, she wouldn't admit it to herself or anyone, but she felt something stir inside of her every time he did. Before remembering his constant teasing, and his smug look when he did, that's where she got confused.

(What if they used to date? Or be best friends?)

Arsen pursed his lips at her tone. "Positive." He glanced at the list and sighed. It wasn't a lot of information. They would have to make up a lot of stuff, and he didn't want to spend any more time with her. It brought back memories he would rather not remember. Of the two laughing and joking and being silly together. He squashed the bitter feelings down, and buried the memories deep in the back of his mind.

(I think Best friends would be cool, because she could have admitted she had a crush on him and he could've laughed at her because of it)

Joanna got up and started out of the room. "Fine, I'll be in my room." She muttered heading into her room. "I'd rather not have you bother me, but if you really need me, knock." She went quiet as her words came to an end, shutting her door and locking it. She strutted to her bed and picked up a heavy pillow, hurling it at the door. It made a loud thud, and she flopped down onto the bed, screaming into one of the other pillows.
"Why does everything have to be so difficult!?"

@PrettyLittlePyro

(Ooh, yeah.)

Arsen rolled his eyes at her retreating figure and leaned back, sighing. Why did she have to be this way? So damn difficult and unpredictable. One moment they were talking at least civilly, the next she had to tick him off in some way. She was better at making him annoyed or angry than almost anyone else he knew. He sat up, with half a mind to make himself some pasta or something, when he spotted her computer. He knew that he should take it to her, but he really didn't feel like it, especially since she had been so rude. Without knowing why, though, he picked it up, brought it to her door, and set it on the floor. There. That was his good deed to her. He went into the mini kitchen and started some food.

Joanna tossed the pillow she had been using at the wall, before pushing herself off the bed. “Stupid Arsen, stupid feelings. How did I ever like him?” She asked walking over to her door picking up the pillow she had hurled at the door. “He’s such a pain.” She growled throwing the pillow to her bed. She opened her door, stopping seeing her laptop was there. ’He actually took the time to do something nice for me- wait. Come on Joanna, you’re mad at him and hate his guts.’ She tried to tell herself. ’Right?’

@PrettyLittlePyro

He stress-cooked, so soon the room filled with the scent of meat and spices. He glared at the food laying in front of him,and sighed. He couldn't eat this all, he wasn't even hungry. Regretting that he didn't have any container to hold it in, he put it all in the fridge and went into his own room.

Joanna sighed, picking up her laptop. She set it on her bed, before deciding she was going to go to the pool. So she quickly grabbed a swim suit, and put it on. Before walking out she picked up a towel and looked at his door. She groaned and went over knocking on it gently.

@PrettyLittlePyro

(Okay lol. Sorry, I haven't been able to come on for more than a minute, and thought that you wouldn't want to have a half-tried response.)

"What?" He asked, pinching the bridge of his nose in annoyance. He opened the door.

@Rainy_day_artist_classic group

(Oh, OK, I was honestly just wondering where everyone had gone lol. Everyone keeps disappearing lol)

She stood there with a towel over her shoulder, and a swim suit on. "I was going to the pool if you cared." She said in a gentle tone. "Just thought I'd let you know, so if you tried calling me and I didn't answer you wouldn't be ticked off."

@PrettyLittlePyro

(I know, right!?)

Slightly startled that she had thought to include him, he shrugged. "I might be by later. Um… thanks," he mumbled, very quietly.

@Rainy_day_artist_classic group

((Yeah, sometimes they warn me, most the time… not. It was like a full month before I bumped a RP I was in… Oof))

"Alright. See you later then." She shrugged turning around, and about half way froze. "Oh- uh yeah. Thanks by the way. For setting my laptop by my door." She mumbled the last bit over her shoulder. With that said, she marched off to the door.

@PrettyLittlePyro

(Oh, I know so much how that feels. Happens to me all. The. Time.)

He blinked in surprise at her back as she left, too shocked to move. Did she actually thank him? And did he really thank her? There must be something wrong with them.

@Rainy_day_artist_classic group

(Yeah, someone is ghosting me RN actually, I gave it a few days, bumped it when they were online, and they've been back on multiple times, responded to other things, leave and come back. I honestly wish they'd just tell me if they didn't want to do it…)

Joanna was quiet as she got in the elevator. She just- stared, at the floor changing. Number by number. "Why did I even tell him- or thank him?" She asked herself, her eyes never being pulled away from the numbers.

@PrettyLittlePyro

(I know! Don't you hate it when people do things like that? And then they give the excuse that they "forgot that they hadn't responded," or "that the roleplay existed," or something.)

He put his face in his hands, taking a deep breath, and stood. Moving out of his room, into the kitchen, he ran a hand through his hair and looked around, puffing out a deep breath. What was he going to do right now? He was bored. He could head to the pool, but really didn't want to see Joanne right now. Not after all that awkwardness.

@Rainy_day_artist_classic group

(Yes, exactly. OK, I have before lost a RP, because I did respond, but my internet was being screwy. So the first few times, Yes you're totally fine. After the twenty third time, yeah no.)

She walked out onto the sunny concrete, a gentle smile on her lips. She strutted over to the large pool, opening the gate and walking over to one of the lounge chairs. 'Well, maybe he won't come down now that he knows I'm here. It works out for both of us.' She smiled at the convenience of her situation. She tossed her towel over the top of the chair and leaned back shutting her eyes soaking in the sunlight.

@PrettyLittlePyro

(Right?)

He sighed and moved over to a couch and pulled his laptop out from the bag he had tossed onto the couch when they had arrived. He opened it, saw what it said as a recent email, and groaned. He ignored it and started to look through his other emails. The lack of sleep was getting to him, and he passed out.

@Rainy_day_artist_classic group

(Time skip now? Not much for them to do if he’s asleep and she’s alone lol)

Joanna came back into the hotel room with a dripping wet self, and an annoyed attitude. She had a towel wrapped over her shoulders and she walked over to the couch and frowned. “Arsen, wake up.” She groaned kicking his leg lightly with hers.

@Rainy_day_artist_classic group

"Well, to put it in her words: 'I've been dying to get to see you and your-'" She paused to gag a little, and a groan. She struggled to say the next word, her voice going low. "'Hubby'." She took in a deep breath, before continuing on. "Blah blah blah, 'We should go out to dinner tonight! Oh, let's do that, we'll go to the place downtown.' And then on and on she went about how great this would be."
