Basically Trump killed two people. The war general and a figure WIDELY KNOWN IN BOTH IRAN AND IRAQ (who is our ally). We have a military bases in Iraq, and Iran sent rockets to two of them (thirteen rockets total), and the casualties are unknown.

I've had to help my friend with a few breakdowns a few times so maybe I could help or something even though it's over the internets

But it feels like everything is falling apart
Things don't fall unless a force is working on them. It could be as simple as gravity or as extreme as a bomb. I would think about it to try to find what's making you feel this way, so you can work on lessening the blow when you get anxiety.
I can relate to this because today in American Studies, I got really really anxious for what seemed like no reason at the time.

Okay, so he got impeached, which basically means the senate or house of representatives (I forget which), doesn't like you. Then he went to court, but the republicans decided that "Hey, we still want this guy in office", so he's still in office. The Senate/HOR still doesn't like him, but he didn't get removed from office

A classmate and I were talking about how the world is going to end due to constant differing opinions in politics and stuff like that, and that eventually, a nuclear war might just break out because of it. Leaving the world to a bunch of insects to take over and rule the world and what that new world would be like and which type of insect would seize the most power. Pretty weird conversation, I know
