Finn parked and then got out of the car. ”I'll be right back, ” he said heading to the after school programs pick up door.
Jay nodded. "Alright." he replied. He got out a pen and started drawing on his hand again.
Finn came back a few minutes later and put Poppy in the back seat before getting into the drivers.
Jay smiled over at him, then went back to drawing on his hand.
Finn kissed him on the cheek "What are you drawing?" He asked starting up the car again.
Jay shrugged a little. "I don't know."
Finn nodded and drove towards his house. "Now we can finally go home," He said smiling.
Jay smiled. "Mhm."
Finn pulled up to his house and walked to the back holding Poppy. He didn't notice the back door was open until he heard her voice. "Finn what are you doing?" A woman stood in the doorway. she had a smile on her face and was dressed nice. She didnt look very old maybe late 30s at most. Poppy hid her face in Finn's shoulder. "And you have company?" She looked between Finn and Jay.
Jay followed after Finn. At the sight of the woman, he froze, and half turned away to hide the mark. Just in case this was Finn's aunt or something. He didn't want her to know, because he didn't want to cause problems for Finn. He tugged his hood over his head to hide the mark.
Finn put on a smile. "Oh Aunty I thought you weren't coming back until Wednesday," Finn said changing the subject.
"The meeting didn't go well so I came back early. Now back to the company," She said.
"Oh umm aunty this is Jay. Jay this is my aunt. We have a project for school. The teacher picked the groups," Finn replied.
Jay mustered up a quick smile, tightening his hood a little to obstruct the palm on his face. "It's nice to meet you, Mrs…?" he trailed off, not knowing if she had the last name as Finn or not.
"Dr Wood," She said keeping her sweet smile.
"We have to go in and do the project," Finn said trying to keep his own smile. He led Jay into the house.
"Ah. Right." Jay replied. He followed Finn quickly, the hood still tugged over his head.
Once they where onside FInn let Poppy down on the couch. He was bitting his lip.
Jay looked over at Finn worriedly, fidgeting with his hands a little.
Finn faced him. "I should go talk to her. She's probably already suspicious and mad," He explained.
"Oh." Jay replied faintly. "I'm sorry for all the trouble." he bit his lip.
"It's not your fault," Finn said kissing him.
Jay kissed him back softly.
Finn pulled way. "Wait here I'll be right back," He said kissing him on the forehead and then walking away.
Jay nodded. "Okay." he set his backpack down on the floor.
Finn put his backpack next to the door before leaving. He whent to the main house. Poppy turned on the tv.
Jay looked around for the stuff Finn had found that would stop the marks from glowing. He finally found it, and carefully applied it to his cheek, just in case.
Finn had to hide his hand during the whole discussion but he got out of there after a few minutes. He went to guest house and saw Jay. He noticed the cream. "You dont have to do that," Finn said walking towards him.
Jay shrugged. "Better safe than sorry?" he replied slowly, setting the cream down again and sealing it back up. "I didn't want to get you in trouble."
Finn walked up to him. He wiped the cream off of his cheek revealing the glowing mark. "You wont."
Jay leaned against Finn's hand a little, looking up at him to study him carefully. "Are you sure?"
"Of course," He said. "Do you have homework?"
