“Won’t I hurt you though?”

"I'm a god. Or…like… whatever," Jack shook his head, "you won't. The house will heal me."

“Well, Okay.” Megan then proceeds to attack Jack.

"Which element you choose depends on which bead you press" Jack said

“So, like some sort of watch?”

"yes." He says. Jack tells her that by pressing the bead it would activate until pressed again.

“Ah, I understand.” She presses the yellow bead.

Jack felt the electricity flowing through his body, he felt a slight tingle. In the heat of the moment, he yelled as if he was in pain.

She pressed the yellow bead again.

"did I scare you?" He laughs realizing the burned through shirt, "ah, well. I need to change, but I take it about two seconds of that spell and a human is down." He takes off his shirt as he walks to his room. "I think you're set!!"

She was left with her mouth open. Wow, Just wow. . She looked down at the bracelet. You’re my new best friend.

Jack returns with a new shirt on. He smiles. "Have you experienced any pain while the your bracelet was activated?" he takes a look at the bracelet, "I've never given abilities to a human before, especially if she's from a different world."

“I haven’t felt any pain while it was on. Am I supposed to feel pain?”

"No!" jack assured her, "You're not. I was just wondering if the enchantments were not miscalculated, that's all."
He leads her to the door.

[Oooooh, okay.]

“Ah, okay.”

Jack opens the door, but the outside was different from when they came in. It was a jungle, a rainforest. It was a beautiful jungle though. "We need to see Anaripsa, a dear friend of mine."

“This house will never stop surprising me. .”

Jack gets a marker and draws s symbol on Megan's hand, "it'll wear off, but with this you can call upon the house any time. " They venture into the jungle. The door to Dark Rai disappears behind them.

“Soo. . Anaripsa lives on the other side of this beautiful jungle?”

"uh…no. she lives in the middle" Jack says as he casts a safe spell to prevent stepping into traps. "To be honest, I haven't seen her in while. I can't say she'll be pleased to see me"

Megan sighed. “Did you do something to her?”

"not quite"

“Then?”

He stops. The sudden air changes as he went silent. He turns his head slightly and his eye, blue like sapphire, had a glow. Energy was causing the earth from under him to quiver. "She's my daughter"

“W-Whaaaaat?”

He continues walking, "It happened a long time ago. I'm sure you'd understand if you knew why."

“Well, Yeah. . Maybe.”
