"As for her mother," Jack turned but remained walking in the same direction, "Well…I haven't met her yet"

"time travel is tricky," Jack points at her, " "Don't judge"

"anyways, Anaripsa refuses to tell me who she is. She's all like 'If I tell you I'll never be born' stuff" Jack and Megan reach a cottage with roses of all colors grew. They see that it set next to a small waterfall with a deer laying next to it. Jack points at the deer, "That is Nyx, unlike other deer she loves visitors. My daughter taught her that no hunters come here."

“Woah, Nyx is so majestic.”

"yes she is…" Jack got Megan's attention and his face grew serious, "Whatever happens, stay here. Do Never go in, until I come out. You hear me?"

“B-But. .” She sighed and looked at Nyx. “Fine.”

Jack runs inside the cottage. About an hour goes by Megan hears a voice, "that doesn't belong to you"

She tilts her head and walks closer to the cottage.

"Give me the bracelet…" The voice whispers, "And you may not die." The voice laughs crazily

“The bracelet? Why do you need it?”

"It's power…I need it…" She felt a force push her down, she felt emotions of anger and hatred flow as it happened. The being's crazy laugh continued.

“STOP IT! PLEASE STOP IT!” From inside Megan’s mind Ernesto scowled. Over the time he had started caring for Megan. Megan, don’t listen to the voice.

"Daniel." The voice laughs, " He had one too. Jack has one. What is yours? Monsters, demons, gods, I am all the same. Voices can be deceiving, can't they?" Just then a red dagger formed and charged at Megan. It missed.

“Oh, gods. . I have to get out of here.” Megan started running farther into the forest.

As she ran, she couldn't help but notice she had returned to the cottage.

"Run all you want," the voice turned out to be Kai as he formed in front of Nyx, grabs her and cuts her throat, "We'll have so much fun!"

“YOU MONSTER!” She presses the red bead and attacks Kai.

Feeling the pain hit, he smiles again, " this is not over…"
He disappears. Jack comes out and sees Nyx lifeless on the ground, "how long has she…?"

“For about 25 seconds.”

"the rose," Jack's words were soft, "put your hand on her, activate the rose charm and say Kuon.."

“How do i activate the rose charm?”

"the same way you do the beads! Hurry!"

“Right.” She puts her hand on Nyx, activates the Rose Charm and says Kuon.

The blood starts to flow back into Nyx. The cut heals, and she jumps back to life! Jack hugged Megan and Nyx. But Nyx hides behind Megan and away from Jack. "I'm just glad you're not dead!"

“Thank goodness she’s not dead. .”

Just then, a young woman comes out. She had long blond braided hair, bright red eyes, and a white silk dress. She wore a diamond necklace and a silver bracelet. "This is her? Hi! I'm so glad to meet you. " Her voice was soft and gentle.

“I’m glad to meet you too.” She smiled and extended her hand.
