Daze looks up at Death with a scowl. "What do you want?"

shrugs my shoulders , something hits me in the back and I fall down on my back

Daze looks up curiously to see what had hit Death

a human with a gun starts running away

Jack had watched with a frown as Jayden had handed him the mask, then an eyebrow raised when he heard the word 'hormones'. "Pardon? I'll have you know that my hormones are perfectly fine, thank you very much. Keep your nose to yourself."
Then as Death appeared and fell, he sighed, returning to his normal broody self. "I'm hungry, we have been distracted enough."

daze looked at EJ and rolled her eyes at him, playfully. "I thought you said your appetite spoiled."

"Yes well now it's back." Jack shrugged, looking bored. He rubbed the back of his neck and put his mask on the side of his head before lowering his hood. "Please can we go."

Daze glanced down at Death, who had just been shot in the back. "Should we do anything about him?"

"Leave him, he'll sort himself out." EJ drawled, gently guiding Daze away from the figure on the ground. "He's not worth worrying about."

Daze had a sympathetic heart, and it took all her willpower to tear her eyes away from the bleeding figure. "It doesn't feel right though…" she let herself be led away by EJ either way, beckoning to Drynn to follow.

Jayden has walked away without saying anything and sighed when she got inside and back to her sketchbook

"Listen to me Daze." EJ paused and held both of her shoulders, an unusually firm expression crossed his face. "Something you need to understand is that, for starters, a singular bullet like that isn't going to kill him. And more importantly, you need to find it somewhere in your body to care less about the well-being of others, and more about what is better for you. Be selfish from time to time, it will do you good in the future."

blood goes down my jaw and I try to keep my eyes open

Jayden didn't know what she could do so she sat back and closed her eyes but images of Death flashed across her mind making her bolt upright and sprint to where he was no caring about who else was there then she finally got an important thought "Damn it i forgot the first aid kit"

I glitch a little and I try sitting up growls

Daze looked up into the dripping voids that replaced EJ's eyes. "B-but…" She didn't want to be selfish. It was in her nature to hate herself and love others.

"You're a wonderful person," he struggled saying 'wonderful'—why was it always so hard to say nice things? He could see her studying where his eyes once were, and a dark hue flushed on his features. "And you're sensitive and kind, and in this world that can be used against you and get you hurt. I don't want you getting hurt okay? I can't keep running whenever you're in trouble because at some point I'm going to be in a situation where I physically can't. You need to learn to care for yourself, even if that means leaving other people behind."

Daze's figure drooped with shame. "You don't need to run to me every time I'm upset or in trouble." She sighed. "I wish someone would just kill me…"

Jayden knew she shouldn't be listening but she couldn't help it but she bit her tongue and went back to the mansion to get the first aid kit then ran back to Death to start patching him up

"No!" EJ snapped, if he'd had eyes he would have been glaring daggers. He seemed to be searching Daze's eyes for something, but he didn't find the answer he wanted. He let go of her shoulders and sighed, moving away from her. "Damn, that dog might be right.." he mumbled and shook his head. "Lets just go. For real this time."

Drynn sighed, coming up to meet the pair.
"For starters, I'm not a dog.."

my claw glows and my crystal glows a little and the ground glows under Daze

The male gently nudged Daze out of the way, concerned.

Daze yelped a bit at the ground glowing under her. She shot herself up off the ground, keeping her feet curled up to herself.

Drynn then pushed Jack back, cautiously making sure that the two were safe.

Jayden looked at the wound on the mystery person that she was helping “can I get your name at least?”

The ground glows around everybody and my power goes to them and I start closing my eyes

Daze yelped again as she felt something around her, her head spinning around in fear to see the others.

Jayden gasped in shock and confusion "What just happened?"

Nino followed behind Jayden, making sure not to be noticed
