"Clothes huh? I can work with that." He nodded shutting his eyes and smiling warmly.

"So where do you want to go?" She gave him a side glance as her fingers continued to tap to the beat of the music.

"I gotta get my bro something so he'll probably get socks anyways. Clothes are fine with me." He nodded turning to her.

"And who's your " bro"? Huh?" She asks as they turn the corner onto main street

He gave her a funny look. "My actual bro, remember the one that does DNA tests?" He asked.

She pulled her car into a parking space and pressed her forehead against the top of the wheel. "Oh okay. sorry, i misinterpreted that. Oh, yeah we should get that. Though i think it's pretty obvious we're not related" she laughed

He smiled and ruffled his hair. "Yeah- let's hope." He winked and pushed open his door sliding out.

“What? What was that for?” She asked as she opened the doors snd got Nico out

He laughed and didn't respond. If she didn't get what he meant, she didn't deserve to know.

Oh, she knew what he meant. She was just seeing if he would say it.
And, of course, he didn’t.
Nico stood excitedly beside Brett and Azelea as he looked around.
She turned to him, “so where’s the clothing store again? I usually go to the malls”

He smiled at her. "You see the shop there? That's where it begins." He nodded with a gesture towards the first store.

“Oh okay!” She says with a smile. She grabs his hand with her free hand and made her way over

He smiled still and let her lead him onward. "Excited much?"

"Well of course" she says with a smile.
They walked into the small shop. It looked much bigger on the inside.
Clothes on racks and stands everywhere for all sorts of people, shape size, gender, and any occasion. There were even some dresses, skirts, and even tuxedos near the back.
"Do you ever wear really fancy things?" She turned to Brett.

He shook his head. "How could I? It's not like I have the money for it." He said crossing his arms still a soft smile resting on his face.
"Besides, I have no need for it except for my brother's wedding last year and my own in the future."

"Not even button ups? Im buying you a whole ton of things here. Let's go" she grabbed his hand again and led him near the back. Though she quickly got distracted by the dresses. She never wore dresses or skirts. Never anything fancy. She always knew they looked horrid on her. (Though she secretly doesn't, shes just insecure)

Brett laughed as she was pulled towards the dresses. He half-heartedly flipped through them and found one he thought Izzy would look pretty in. "Hey I found something." He said facing away from her. He slipped the hanger over his head and turned in a model pose pursing his lips. "Whatcha think?"

She burst into laughter and ruffled his soft hair. "It's absolutely fabulous. Want me to buy it for you?" She says through a chuckle

"No, but I'd like to see you try it on." He smiled holding it out to her after pulling it off. "I think you'd look pretty."

"Pfft, no way boo. I don't look good in dresses." She says rolling her eyes.

He pouted and went to put it back on the rack. "Oh… ok…"

“Agh, fine” she swiped it from his hands and went into the changing room.

He grinned as she went to try it on. He flipped through the clothes as he waited.

She went in and tried it on. It definitely wasn't her style by any means. It showed her shoulders too much and it was too tight around her chest which she always hated.
She stepped out and ran her fingers through her hair and cleared her throat. Her face was visibly red and her eyes were averted from Bretts gaze, afraid he would laugh.

He turned trying to find the source of the noise. He lit up seeing her. "Oh gosh, you're like super pretty in that- not that you aren't always pretty." He winked with a grin.

She crossed her arms before tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. She was obviously embarrassed. "Yeah right" she roller her eyes

"No! Really, you look so pretty!" He said with a stunned look. "Why would you say you aren't?"
