(It'd be too long to write and im lazy)

Leah raised an eyebrow at Jair, a plan forming in her head. "Is that so?" She paused and chuckled. "Follow me, if you will," She gracefully got up and started to leave the room, expecting him to follow

@ElderGod-Icefire

(lol okay)

Jair nodded, and stood. His left hand, with its strange twitch, hung by his side. He followed Leah out, his dark hair pulled back in a neat ponytail.

Deleted user

Leah opened her front door, casually walking in with a huge smile on her face. Barely a few hours with Jair, and she had already developed a small crush on him. She led him to the living room, where they found Kana- who looked like she was starting to drift off into sleep.

Jair walked beside her, quiet. At the sight of Kana, a slight, soft smile flickered over his face, and he walked over to her, putting his right hand on her shoulder. "Kana." He said softly. "Let's not fall asleep here, I don't want to have to carry you."

Kana's eyes flickered open, and a small smile formed on her face when her eyes met Jair's. She grunted softly in response and slowly got up, using the couch for support. "Sorry, Leah," a small yawn escaped her lips, "We should really be going." Kana slowly made her way to the front door, a tad desperate to get out. I don't want to fall asleep here.

Disappointment flashed on Leah's face, but it was quickly replaced with a polite smile. "Of course… Maybe I should stop by the castle one day," she was looking at Jair when she said this, and after a moment she opened the door for the both of them.

Leah closed the door behind them, retreating back into her home for the night.

Kana looked up at Jair with one of her eyebrows slightly arched and a smile plastered on her face. "So, did you have fun?"

Deleted user

Kana shook her head, slightly chuckling. Deep down, she was grateful that his response wasn't enthusiastic. It was a tad selfish of her, but it's human instinct to make sure that the person you like doesn't like someone else, right? "Don't worry about it…" She trailed off, still smiling. "Did you want to get some food before we leave?"

Deleted user

Kana shook her head. "We can eat when we get back," she started to walk towards the gates of the town. "So… what do you think of Leah?"

Deleted user

"Just-" because I can tell she likes you. And I'm not sure how I feel about that. "Don't worry about it," she laughed with a slight edge, "It's good that you two get along." She lied through her teeth, giving him a cheeky smile.

(I have no excuse, I had several opportunities to respond and I have not. For that, I apologize)

Kana watched him intently, but in a good way. Her mind started to race a bit before she pulled out one of Leah's books from her jacket (that she just so happened to be wearing). "Here," she shoved it in his direction, "You forgot to take this with you." Kana didn't make eye contact with him though. She was hesitant to give him the book in the first place, but ultimately decided that it would be wrong to just keep the book to herself.

@ElderGod-Icefire

(dude, it's totally fine, don't worry about it :) )

Jair blinked, and took the book. "Oh. Thanks." he replied with a quick smile. He tucked the book into his pocket after glancing at it for a moment. He let out a sigh. "So…when's the wedding?" he asked suddenly. "For…you and Aydan." he tried to ignore the wash of jealousy that rose up as he thought of it.
