"i don't know… i still don't like the eyes on that one…" lorelei sighed.

"Honestly that's one of my favorite parts." She said looking up at Lori.

she gave a small smile. "thanks, i guess,"

"Did that come off weird? I'm really sorry, I meant it as a complement." She sighed.

"no it's fine… i just- i'm really picky about my artwork," lorelei tried to explain.

"I get that. Not with art, but with other things." She said sympatheticly.

"ah," she got it. that could probably happen in… what? music? composition? she ran out of ideas, but made a noise of agreement.

Laura sighed. "Honestly I'm surprised we haven't met sooner." She smiled. "You seem pretty cool."

"Yeah, thanks," lorelei smiled.

"Hey, here's my number, call me sometime after classes." She said smiling jotting down he phone number.

"Oh, okay!" she was happy to pull out her phone and put laura into her contacts.

"Here you are." She said sliding the paper onto her desk.

lorelei took it, entering laura's number into her contacts. "i'll give you a quick call, that should give you my number," she said as she called laura. as soon as voicemail kicked in, she hung up.

"Cool. Sit with me at lunch?" She asked looking up at the teacher.

"Yeah!" Lorelei was happy. Laura could be a new friend, she thought excitedly.

She was whispering now. "Great see you then." She smiled.

"Yeah!" she smiled too, and turned to face the teacher.

Zanna was working on blueprints and reading the books she had on her. They were listening to the conversation happening behind them but didn't pay it much mind. At all, she really didn't care.

Laura turned and faces the teacher who had begun the lesson. But out of the corner of her eye she saw Levi's dark curls. She smiled and wrote a quick note inviting him to sit with her and Lori at lunch.

Once Levi got the note he read it then smiled a bit. He turned towards her and leaned his cheek on his hand, squishing his freckled cheek in a somehow cute way. He turned and started writing something quickly, though he was now working on folding it into a swan, not giving it to her yet.
