"Not magical," Runner said, shaking his head. "It is something different. Much more potent."

Deleted user

Ollie shrugged. "Whatever it is, it's definitely not normal." He flexed his wings which began to glow a bit more.

Deleted user

Runner gave the half-angel an unamused look. "I don't think you're one to talk about what's normal and what isn't."

Deleted user

"Listen, where I'm from, things like half angel's are normal. Or least to me. But things like time travel and somehow being transported halfway across the country are not normal." Ollie crossed his arms.

@yeetus

Clarence raised an eyebrow, "Right."
Arya was still playing with her gloves, "What's an angel? Are they like the old stories?"

Deleted user

"Nah," Runner said, turning to Arya. "They're almost always big-headed. Full of God's word and this and that. Honestly, you'd think being here since the dawn of creation would have taught them a bit of humility."

Deleted user

Ollie shrugged. "Sort of. They're kind of like guardians and protectors of sorts. They've also got healing powers and stuff. My dad's one."

Deleted user

"Somewhat like you," he said, tapping his chin thoughtfully. "But he's able to handle his powers, being immortal and all."

Deleted user

"I can handle my powers!" He protested, resisting the urge to stomp his foot childishly. A short pause. "Most of the time."

Deleted user

"Strange indeed," he agreed. " With so many wild, fantastical things roaming around, it would be difficult to not be strange.

"I can handle my powers!" He protested, resisting the urge to stomp his foot childishly. A short pause. "Most of the time."

"I was speaking of our associate, feathers," he said, rolling his eyes.

Deleted user

"I'm inclined to agree with the lady," he said, tapping the pan against his side.

Deleted user

"Don't call me that," he grumbled. "And I agree too. I'm trying. It's harder than you would think." He was only fourteen, it wasn't his fault that he was bad at controlling his power!

@yeetus

Arya smiled, "Of course."
"Trying is still not succeeding but well at least you're getting there." Clarence commented.

Runner watched the conversation from the fringes, picking at his nails absentmindedly. "Fickle powers. Once you get them, you rely on them way too much."

@Mojack group

Another figure appears within the distance. She’s not walking like a human though. Even though her general appearance matches up with looking like a human. It’s almost a cautious walk towards the currently talking individuals, keeping herself slightly lowered and never looking away.
Natane was slightly bothered by the cold, but never let such a thing show. It was clear in her body language she was alert, though. She’s dressed in gear that makes you think, does this woman come from a post apocalyptic place? It’s a bunch of furs, leathers, and various stuff you’d harvest from animals matted and sewn together. She has a satchel with her as well. Upon her head, is something that nearly covers her entire face. It’s made of bone and could be like an animal skull of some sorts. An unidentifiable one at that, however.

Natane is almost on all fours at this point, staying away from the light for now. It’s pretty easy to hear the light steps of her as she inspects the area, though. Her eyes are visible through the skull, which seem to be hazel, but with gold flecks within them. Or maybe that’s a trick of the light.

(May I know what Natane's supernatural abilities are, if she has any? It's a part of my character)

@Mojack group

(If it counts its more so natural ability that was built up through generations of being exposed to different conditions. So basically compared to a normal human she has resistance to radiation and certain temperatures, a better sense of smell and very good stamina.)

@yeetus

Arya looked at the strange figure in the distance, still fidgeting with her gloves. She tapped Clarence on the shoulder, and the put a finger to her lips.

Ollie glanced over at the figure, still leaning against a street lamp with his arms crossed, and tilted his head a bit in the direction of it.
