"That's great, Logie!" Patton said cheerfully. "I'm glad everyone's doing good." Virgil just nodded silently.
He was starting to see stars, but he ignored them. He was quite used to their presence by now.

Roman pushed his leftover pancake over to Virgil. "You sure you don't want any? I'm not very hungry anymore, I can at least save mine for you."
Virgil shook his head. "I'm okay… I'll just go." He stood up and pushed his chair in before he started swaying. His vision was starting to fade and he gripped the back of the chair for support.
"Virgil? You okay?" Patton asked, gaining no response.
Roman sighed. "Sit back down, Virgil. You don't need to go anywhere." His voice was serious now, but still full of concern.
"You are obviously unwell, Virgil. What is troubling you?" Logan asked.
"Nothing. I'm… f-fine…" Virgil's voice trailed off as he collapsed, falling to the ground. Patton's eyes widened and he covered his mouth with his hands, emitting a small noise of distress.
"Virgil!" Roman wasn't able to catch him before he fell but was there less than a second later, lifting him up off the ground. He hadn't noticed it the night before, but it was shocking how light he was. He brought him to his room and put him down on his bed, seeing that his chest was moving up and down. "He's alright," he sputtered. "He just passed out. He's fine." He was trying to reassure himself of that more than anyone else.
Patton had followed Roman up of course and kept checking to make sure Virgil was breathing and his heart was beating. He kept wailing in distress and pacing the room while Logan tried to reason with him and get him relax. Virgil only stayed unconscious for a minute or two before he blearily turned his eyes to Roman standing beside him. "H-Hey, Ro…" He said tiredly.
"Hey, Virg.." he smiled. "How are you feeling?" He gently swept Virgil's bangs out of his face. Thank God, he thought.
"M'alright…" Virgil flinched when Patton yelled his name and hugged him tightly.
"Oh my god, never scare us like that again, please, I was so worried, and-" Logan pulled him away, figuring Virgil needed some space. Virgil didn't seem to be opposed to Roman being right there, though. "I'm okay, Princey…"
"I don't think you are.." he whispered, so that Logan or Patton couldn't hear. "You need to eat. Please." He crouched down beside him.
Virgil looked away and didn't respond. His hair fell into his eyes, which he ignored, of course. He fidgeted anxiously with his hands. Although he knew he was delaying the inevitable, he couldn't stand that look of genuine concern in Roman's eyes.
Roman sighed. "Look at me, Virgil." He stroked the hair out of his eyes once more. "I care about you. I want you to be healthy. Please, eat. For me." He pleaded.
"It's… it's not that simple…" Virgil's voice broke and faltered, though Roman was making it so he still couldn't look away. His eyes were shining and he blinked more frequently than normal.
"I know.." he laid his head on Virgil's chest, his arms wrapped around him, holding him close. Truly, he didn't know, but he still wanted to soothe Virgil. "I'll help you, okay?"
Virgil seemed unsure what to do when Roman hugged him. After a few seconds of hesitation, he tentatively wrapped his arms around Roman and drew in a wavering breath. Don't cry don't cry don't cry. A tear slipped down his pale cheek. Dammit.
Roman drew back slightly, one arm still around him as he wiped the tear from his face with one finger. "You'll be okay." He whispered.
Virgil rubbed at his eyes with one hand and gave a small nod, afraid that speaking would cause him to just burst out crying. Just Roman's gentle voice was enough to make him want to start sobbing, honestly, but he was biting his lip hard to try and keep himself under control.
He unwrapped from around Virgil and stood. "Can you sit up?" He asked gently, settling beside him on the bed.
"I think so…" He said quietly in a strained voice, forcing himself into a sitting position. He held his throbbing head with one hand and grimaced.
((I've got to go for the night, I'll be back to rp in the morning))
(Goodnight ^^)
"Good," Roman approved. "Is your head bothering you?" He asked. He wasn't sure if they had much medicine in the house, but he knew they probably had a few pain pills lying around somewhere.
"Yeah, but it's nothing… I'm pretty used to headaches like this." Virgil lowered his hand and blinked in the lights of his room, which seemed especially bright to him. "I might take meds if it becomes a migraine, I dunno."
"Roman." Logan's voice startled Roman, who had completely forgotten he and Patton were still standing there. "I think we should let Virgil rest." Roman nodded and got up. "Rest a little bit, and I'll bring you some food later." He smiled.
"Okay…" Virgil lay back down and stayed like that until they were gone. He stood up and held onto the bedside table until his dizziness went away. He went into the bathroom and returned a couple minutes later with an empty expression and some dull, yet fresh pain. He flopped down on the bed to wait for Roman to return.
Roman made chicken noodle soup and some crackers for Virgil, because he assumed he needed something light on his stomach. He must have been hurting, after not eating for God knows how long. Holding the bowl of soup in one hand, he knocked on Virgil's door with the other.
"Come in." Virgil said tiredly, sitting up again. He toyed with the sleeves of his hoodie and looked up as Roman entered the room. He wasn't sure if he'd be able to keep anything down, but he couldn't exactly tell Roman that.
Roman smiled and sat the bowl down on the bedside table, sitting down on the bed beside him "Do you feel any better?" He asked softly.
"Yeah, I'm okay." Virgil lied, feeling Deceit nagging at him for it. He ignored the snake and turned his focus to Roman. There were a couple small smears of blood on his palms that he clenched his fists to hide.
"Good" he gestured to the bowl of soup. "Can you try a bit of it, please? It'll be light on your stomach. You don't have to eat too much."
